Can become a hassle

Disgruntled!

My old printer was also an HP and it keeps referring to that one. I have called (After 40 minutes, I hung up!), and emailed (I was sent a case #, but don't really have time to wait another 20 min. for help!). I ran out of ink and had to purchase it from Office Depot.

THE WORST

Because I don't print anything at all the next month even though I have more than enough ink in pages you disconnect my printing privileges via the Internet connection because my bills due I'm sorry HP with this is epic Prada failed.
