Disgruntled!

My old printer was also an HP and it keeps referring to that one. I have called (After 40 minutes, I hung up!), and emailed (I was sent a case #, but don't really have time to wait another 20 min. for help!). I ran out of ink and had to purchase it from Office Depot.

Because I don't print anything at all the next month even though I have more than enough ink in pages you disconnect my printing privileges via the Internet connection because my bills due I'm sorry HP with this is epic Prada failed. A waste of Money

Can someone tell me how this program works. I purchased the printer and the Instant Ink because of how I understood it to work. At this point it is just a waste of money. I am about too order ink now for my printer and pay for it again. No one understands the program or who to transfer me too.
