Good promo for the money. The deal is good but still deciding whether to keep the service after the promo ends.

The only reason to get this product is if you do a lot of printing. If you don’t, you will be held hostage to continue paying for this plan. If you chose not to continue, the printer will stop working with the ink cartridges provided by the plan and you would need to purchase new cartridges if you want your printer to work.

I try to use HP ink but i think this is ok but i would rather buy it when i need it.

This product was helpful to me as I no longer run out of ink when I need it most.

This was supposed to be a free card if I wanted to do the never run out of ink thing, which I told them I didn't want and bought extra ink for the purchased printer. They sent this item ANYWAY and even though the "card" was for "free" I was charged 5 bucks for it. Even though I said no, and purchased my own ink!!! Hua?

I'm sure it's good, but I just don't print that often...

Biggest hassle ever! I thought it sounded so great, but this crazy pay as you go plan keeps your printer from simply working. All these crazy apps and hoops to jump through. Not even close to worth it! Literally 1/2 the time I can't even print from my laptop. Crazy thing says offline even when it's on. Thanks for NOTHING.

Whether or not you use your printer you are locked into a monthly payment and when (note I said when) you decide to cancel the plan HP disables your printer cartridges AND charges you for an additional month. So totally not worth the costs.

This is primarily an opportunity for hp to bill you fixed amount monthl, regardless how much you actually use.

This is something I never wanted or would use. It came free with printer. My office manager will buy my ink through their supplier. No need for this. This was attached to the printer and don’t think the sales associate realized it since Best Buy told me to pick up my order which was this item. I have it in my desk drawer Buried

I wish HP offered larger print packages for students. Just for school, I print over 300 pages per month.

It is a gimmick as far as I am concerned. You have to commit to a regular schedule for ink and if you don't use it up it is a waste. Ink is dated

Too much money for our printing needs and card had little value over long term.

Just a way to get money out of you. I know when I'm running low and can get ink cheaper.

Signed up for instant ink day of setting up printer. They have no record of my account and not helpful for cancelling service. Do not give credit card # for enrolling, Had to contact my credit card for future fee if any from instant ink charges. Poor customer service on phone and thru internet. do not apply for, you will be sorry.

You can't use this "free gift" that comes with your printer unless you create an account and give them your payment info. Also, my HP printer stopped working within about a year so I'm glad I didn't waste my time with this. You would need to do a LOT of printing for this to be useful.

Order a new printer and it came with it. Only my printer is not eligible.

This is a very expensive way to keep ink available in your printer
