They know how many sheets of paper you print at any time and you can be up-charged for going over the amount you claimed you would use. The ink does not always work and its a hassle to get customer service to replace the cartridges. I quit after 3 weeks.

The alleged coupon is good only for an online ink subscription. Not usable to buy a cartridge in a store. I do not need a subscription for ink thank-you very much.

Terrible service

Printer won’t work correctly so returned it. Having a VERY difficult time getting our money back from instant ink, or trying to apply to our new printer. Very Disappointing!! I do not recommend purchasing this “instant ink” plan

Don’t fall for this if for college

Cancelled the plan and won’t be doing this again. I tried several times with HP support to make this work but never did. Waste of time and money for a college printer.
