This program is lifesaving. It saves so much time on driving, waiting and money. Knowing that ink is coming every month or when I run out is amazing. Deff worth the money.

Unfortunately our printer is not supported by this plan. We have to go out and just purchase more ink when it gets low.

VERY DISATIFIED VERY SLOW OPERATING DOESNT GET A LOT OF PAGES WITH INK. ALWAYS HAVE TO ADJUST IT.

NEVER GOT ANYTHING DELIVERED OR OUT OF IT. CANNOT USE IT EVEN AFTER I REGISTERED IT AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH.

I’ve purchased these on multiple occasions and the cartridges tend to behave as if they’re empty when they’re not.

I didn't try it. I heard that they get notify as soon as youre out ink and it orders by itself. Disney like that idea.

Get the card for freaking free with a printer after reading it and trying to set it up decided it was worthless did not do it even though it was free

If you are a high-usage user like me, this is not the way to get your ink. Pricey and potential to run out frequently.

I misunderstood how the 6 month free ink and toner works. You get $5 off your next cartridge.

Not really something I care about as an add on and the service itself will not be used as toner can be bought for cheaper else ware.

We were never able to get this to work. It's a shame because ordering the correct cartridge was difficult.

I prefer not to be negative, The way this offer is marketed is as "free". But it is not, especially if you take the printer back.

We signed up for this plan about 7 months ago when we bought the new Envy 5530. I was a little doubtful about the deal because it sounded too good to be true (and you know what they say about deals that seem too good to be true). Well, I'm now pleasantly surprised to say this one lives up to the bill! We signed up the day we got the printer and HP mailed us a welcome kit. As promised, they didn't start charging our monthly rate until we put the new cartridge in (which took a couple months). The new cartridges seem to print better quality than the ones that came with the printer. I LOVE that you can monitor your pages printed on the instant ink website. You can even view past print jobs or scan jobs. HP also sends a “warning email” when you get close to your allotted pages to help you manage the use. We have gone over by a few pages each month and happily paid the extra $1 for more pages. The nice thing is that un-used pages (up to a limit) are rolled over to the next month so you don't lose them. It sounds funny, but it seems like we enjoy printing more now. What I mean by that is if we want something printed, we just print it. We used to hesitate because it would use too much ink... so we may try and go into the settings and select "draft mode" so it wouldn't use as much ink (which resulted in a poor printout). Or when my kids want to print something colorful like a picture or something I would cringe at the amount of ink it used... I now respond, "go for it'... it all costs the same. In addition, we are going to save a TON! That's $36 - $48 per year to take care of all our printing needs!!! We used to spend over $120+ on print cartridges and then tried to conserve (as explained above) and just generally didn't like to print anything. We have enjoyed this service so much now that we set my parents up with the same printer and service. Don't have any negatives to point out at this time. However, I'll update this if I do run across any.

This hp ink offer is tricky because if you use the preloaded offer, you will forfeit the free ink plan going forward.

I was told at the store that I get unlimited ink for a small fee.. I got the thing home and found out it was 500 page maximum..boooooo...bad buisness

I don't need HP pushing ink at me. It is bad enough that their ink has regional controls.
