Bought this but never registered for it. Too much work!

Instant Ink is an excellent program as long as you fit into the "pages per Category". If you are a big user you probably will not benefit from the program. I fit into the 300 page monthly plan. It means I don't have to buy cartridges or run out of ink. I tend to buy warehouse club pack and always have a bunch of cartridges sitting around taking up space. I like the fact that I can just use my printer now. You can also check online to see how many pages you are using each month. The program also allows you to roll over UN-used pages into the next month.

I was very excited when my new ink cartridges arrived in the mail. I noticed my prints weren't as bright as normal. I received the new ink in the mail and it fit into my printer perfectly. I had no searching for matching cartridges or price matching. It was fast, convenient, and fairly priced

This really surprised me. You get ink automatically sent to your door when you need it, and if you are like me, waiting until last minute, it’s a life saver. I used to have to ask my neighbors to print, simply because I didn’t remember to order. This solved all my printing problems. I love it!

Excellent printer very easy to use. Cartridge plane is easy I never have to remember to change my ink since I always get it in the mail once is empty.

Full time college student with 6 classes using this service. Lifesaver and game changer! I can print a lot without guilt! I have so many essays I work on and tons of research papers are flying out of the printer all the time. Thank GOD I never have to buy cartridges again from a store (and going broke), but instead I pay $10 for my subscription plan based on my needs (I'm a heavy printer user). Believe me when I say this: TRY THIS BEFORE YOU GO BANKRUPT FROM BUYING REFILLS IN STORE! You will feel a huge burden lift off your shoulders!

The instant Ink service is cool and convenient. I like how it monitored the levels and sent out new cartridges before I was completely out of ink. This allowed me to continue working without the a last second scramble to find ink when needed.

I have saved so much money and worry on ink then I ever thought I could. Not only is this program so affordable, but it seems like my cartridge never runs out, ever. I swear HP if you ever in your sales life decide to end this instant Ink program, I and many others will be very unhappy consumers. I love my wireless printer and this magical unicorn ink program that I was indecisive about in the beginning but decided to join anyway and have not regretted since. Thumbs up!

This is a great service from HP!! I print a ton of pictures daily for my photography business. I've only had it for close to three months now and I already know this has saved me a TON of money!!! And the I need to point out that the sales person (I believe his name is Jim) did a tremendous job helping me select my printer and also educating me on this program from Hp!! Not only will I be back at Best Buy I will continue to work with Jim, terrific job!!!

I have had my HP 5535 for two years now and have still not run out of ink yet. The cartridges they send you are filled with way more ink than the XL size you buy at the store. I never print more than 50 pages a month, so the 50 page plan works out great. over the past two years I have saved hundred of dollars in ink. Well worth enrolling in the program.

I signed up in 2019 for instant ink because the idea seemed convenient, but my ink dries up after 8-9 months and it is a challenge to get them to send another cartridge – all three times, the same thing happens – I receive an error message that instructs me to keep removing and inserting the same cartridge every time I try to print. I call HP Instant Ink and they tell me my level is fine, then I have to clean the cartridge and reprint a page. This last time, I insisted on a new cartridge which came a few days later. Two cartridges cost about $42. At $63.72 a year and not having the freedom to have the ink when I need it, I am fed up with this frustrating program. I don’t print enough pages for the frustration and lack of freedom in this program. They are also charging for another month after the program ends on 12 December 2021 and I must return all of the used an new ink cartridges – at least they send an envelope. Good riddance to this overpriced scam!

This is a must-have plan. The ink is delivered to your door steps just when you need it.

Nothing is more frustrating than going to print that homework project for your child and get the dreaded "out of ink" message. With instant ink that dreaded moment is no more. It is nice to know that I will have ink delivered to my door before I run out. Life saver for a busy family!

After spending $60+ on ink every 2 months, I was determined to purchase a printer with a much lower cost of ink. I ended up purchasing an HP ENVY 5055 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Photo Printer (M2U85A) during a back to school sale for $50. It suited my needs, and the price per cartridge of ink was around $16. I came across a pamphlet for HP Instant Ink in the box and did a little of research. At first, I believed it to be some sort of trap to get you sucked into an overpriced monthly payment plan. However, they offer different plans based off the amount of pages you print each month rather than the ink you use. The pages you do not use in that month will roll over into the next month. You can customize or cancel your plan at any time. I have to say, I absolutely love HP instant ink! I started off with 6 months free! The promotion for HP Instant Ink for my printer was 4 months free. Using referral codes and other promotional codes, added an additional 2 months. Depending on the printer you select, you can receive anywhere between 3-6 months of free ink plus another 2-3 months with additional referral. You can continue to earn additional months by sharing your referral codes with others. I've already received an additional 27 months from that and do not have to pay for ink until May 2022! This is so clutch. Free ink (i acquire my paper from work) and I'm set for life. 15 pages is very manageable in my household.

I signed up for instant ink with both of my Hp Printers. There was a promotion for 3 months free when I purchased my first printer, and 6 months free when I purchased my second printer. Awesome deal!

Worst customer service since AT&T. I've called HP Instant Ink technical support three times to troubleshoot my printer. My account shows that HP sent my replacement ink but it never arrived. Each time I called it took over one hour on the phone while the technician accessed my computer. Over an hour again today to not solve the problem. Now they tell me the ink cartridges are not communicating with HP. Today they still could not get my printer working, and then they told me for the first time the printer is under warranty until next month. They will not replace the printer until they send me new ink cartridges and troubleshoot the printer again. Estimaed shipping time 7 to 10 days. I do not recommend HP Instant Ink if you print less than 50 documents a month. I personally will never buy another HP product because of the poor customer service and wasted time.
