Instant ink is what it means instant ink they send out the ink that you're out of not meaning all ink just the ones that you're out of so like on the 8710 I have four colors if my black is out it just sends out the black ink not all four colors and it is just a nice program I'm on the 300 page program so if I don't use all 300 I build up a spare 300 pages so like one month if I need more than 300 I have a spare 300 so I have 600 pages built up for a month if I need them that means the current 300 pages plus a 300 pages that I have as a spare and you can change anytime now if you change in the night at the end of the month it's going to wait until the bill cycle ends and start on the next Month it doesn't cost anything to change plans which is really nice

Works as expected. Love this plan, have had it for over a year Andries very cheap. Loads easy. You can also view your usage and change plans as needed. Very cheap vs the old way of buying cartridges.

Great value. Only way to go in my opinion. Make sure you have/buy an Insta Ink compatible printer. HP sends replacement cartridges well in advance of your running out based on usage. Plans are flexible.

Helps with ink supplies. Great product so you are not running to the store buying ink.

Ordered the 50 page/month ink program. So far have not had to use the ink program ink. I like that the ink program does not start until you use all of the initial ink provided with the printer upon purchase. When I run out of the original ink, replace with ink program ink that is when the new ink program will start.

I purchased the instant ink trial along with an HP printer for my son who is currently working out of his home. I have the lower quantity monthly option. He does much more copying than I do, so the higher quanity subscription rate is saving him a lot of money; as well as the time & expense saved in having his ink delivered to his home automatically as needed. This service is worth investing in a new printer if your printer does not have the option. Ignore any negative reviews from people stating their printers no longer worked when they dropped the subscription. The printer will work again once they install an regular cartridge purchased from a store. It's a subscription plan and the subsription cartridges hold a lot more ink than the store cartridges but will only work while you are enrolled in the plan.

It's a great service that hp provides a do nothing service. I have back up ink and I've never had that. And when the printer gets low it's automated to get a email out on its own and it just shows up on the mail. Fair price for such a excellent service

This is a great convenient service when avoiding running out of ink. I received my first shipment within a week or two even when I didn't need any. Good cheap monthly service.

This is perfect for a person like me who never remembers when it's time to buy new ink!

Seems like a good deal. I typically replace 1-2 cartridges a year, don't do a ton of printing. New cartridges are delivered to my door before I need them and the whole thing costs me less for the year than if I were to purchase them in store myself.
