Pretty easy to use and very convenient. Once i downloaded the app and added my printer it notifies them when I’m in running low and sent directly by mail. No more spending $45 for ink n save a trip to the store. Also, by downloading the app i have free access to fax on the app pretty cool, I was absolutely excited about that feature bc i was going to UPS $1 per fax. so talk about a save.

Great deal, came with our purchase, but helpful for people who go through a lot of ink.

I signed up for this program, out of the box. I now, never have a printer that is out of ink. Beware, if you decide you no longer want this program, or if you forget to update your credit card, which is what happened to me, you can't print with the ink purchased thru this program. You have to go out and buy ink or call and update your card. Not a big issue as long as you know the potential for lockouts.

I have just started using my first ink cartridge which came in the mail. Still too early to know how I am going to like this long term but right now it seems fine.

I've been using this product for over a year. It has saved me Hundreds of dollars in buying ink. HP monitoring my ink usages prints show's low on ink the ship a box of all ink cartridges, not just the ones that are low what a pay in a year, $ 5.99 a month about $72.00 a year for all my ink buying ikn I need at a store around ,, _$60.00 a set everyother month is over $600.00 a year. Give it a try. You would be sorry.

There was an HP rep in the store when we were looking at the printer. He told us about the ink program. We were a little skeptical, but decided to go with it and are so glad we did. We got our first shipment within days as promised.

Only reason have 4 stars is we just signed up for the program. Even paying $9.99 a month, you are coming out ahead. The cost of purchasing 4 cartridges is about equivalent, assuming you only purchase once a year. No need to worry about running out. HP sends ink and prepaid return box and label. HP uses XL cartridges as well. Other programs only offer a discount off of ink. I feel even the biggest package of $9.99 per month is well worth it.

We signed up for this auto ink ship based on use since we use this for our house. We keep it on Draft, color setting and the print quality is clear and vivid. I've only printed pictures (12 or so) just once and honestly they were good. It was probably just good more because of my camera quality than the printer. After 2 mos., we've still not needed to replace the original ink cartridges.

I received my first set of ink cartridges within a week of this purchase. I have not even used up the ink that came with the printer. Setting up the account was easy and fast.

I was skeptical of the program when I signed up but I have to say that it's definitely delivered (pun intended). It's awesome to not have to go and buy ink at the store anymore. I did get one bad cartridge but HP was good about sending out a replacement quickly. I appreciate that they recycle your old cartridges as well. There's also a free plan if you print less than 15 pages a month which is super nice!

This instant ink plan is worth getting because it saves you time and money. And it's plan are affordable

The ink refill program is a smart investment because whenever the machine lets you know you are low on ink, it sends the signal to the HP ink system to mail you more replacement cartridges automatically.

At first I was hesitant to sign up for this plan but now I'm so glad I did. The first set of cartridges arrived even before I realized the printer was running low on ink. My only complaint is the chat department. It took me 30 minutes to get an answer to a simple question which was "Do color photos also count as one page? I wa put on hold and transferred to 3 reps before getting an answer and even then these guys were not even 100% sure. Totally ridiculous incompetence for customer service.
