Wireless capability is useless -- crashes constant

It's small and it's cheap but sometimes you do get what you pay for -- or you don't even get that. When this thing prints, it's fine, but the WiFi app crashes constantly -- especially if I try to print a document that's longer than 5 pages -- and I've wasted hours trying to get it going again, including time on the phone with HP "support," where most of the agents have no idea how to help. Last time I finally got a supervisor and it took her an hour to figure out and fix the problem. Avoid this piece of junk.

Bought this to replace an older HP Ink Jet printer, this LaserJet was simple and easy to set up, no hassle.

Printer stopped feeding paper after 16 months. However, for the price vs toner that isn't terrible

I'm not very impressed with this printer. After I set it up, it jammed right away and the paper was hard to remove. Also, there seems to be a problem with the sensors that tell the printer when it's out of paper. I had to turn it off and turn it back on again for it to know that I had put in more paper.

Printer would probably be fine but the nonsense with the HP software is rediculos….ink low cannot print, replaced with new HP cartridge….sees 100% ink level but still says their is a problem and cannot print unless its the info page. Which it prints perfect. Advises to see account…..no info on account about issue. I will never buy anything HP branded ever.

    Not happy

I loved this printer until I had to get a new router for my wifi. It will not let me put the new information in & now I can't use the printer even directly plugged in to my laptop. I called service & they want to charge me 70 dollars to do an update on it so I can connect. I may be looking for a different printer soon.
