Compact which works great in my compact home office. No complaints, would buy again, would recommend to someone looking for a basic printer.

Easiest printer to set up and the toner lasts forever. AirPrint capable, no need for an app to operate. Love this thing!

I love this printer. It is a high speed B&W only that has a cartridge that will print up to 2000 pages.

Bought this to use in my mother’s house in Colombia. Set it up and worked at first but then stopped printing after I came back to USA. Called HP and they said will not work in Colombia. Go figure…. Now I can’t return it because it cost more to ship it back to USA than the printer cost….

Have only used once, seems to be fine. The setup was an issue so called hp for help. A 3hr phone call and all was done, that seemed excessive.

Easy setup. Was able to add it to Wifi network within a couple of minutes and add it to my devices within minutes.

This little printer works great, travel quite a bit for work and goes everywhere. HP great job!

After getting this set up, it's a quick printer with clarity of print. So far pleased with purchase

the printer prints a nice page - but the printer will only print when connected to the internet. Drivers were installed (using internet connection wirelessly) and test page printed. Then connected the printer to the laptop with a USB cord. The printer will simply not function unless it has an internet connection. I called Best Buy tech support and (after an hour) they were not able to solve the problem I am going to return the printer because there isn't an option to print untethered to the internet with this printer.

The HP-specific software was impossible to set up and keep working. It was a great price and I’m pretty tech savvy, but even after 30 min on the phone with customer service, still wouldn’t work. I returned it. HP needs to stop with the complex bespoke software deal

You get what you pay for. I returned this printer. I have had no problems setting up HP and Epson wireless printers as well as many iPhones, smart tv's, tablets, etc. I could not get this thing to connect no matter what, even putting it next to the wi-fi box.
