Wish I had gotten a color printer. Takes a looooong time to start printing.

Instructions were confusing for non-techie. After frustration I went old school and finally got it done.

This printer is perfect for home. Use is efficient affordable, and the best thing is laser printer

I wanted a very basic printer. I didn't use the wireless function and set it up using a USB cord. At first it was not feeding the paper and would error out but, It seems to be working fine now.

I set it up and the test run worked. And then I went to use it later, and it did not. I will need to go back and get guidance on how to make it work consistently. I do like the support options that best buy offers.

Great printer, no more ink cartridges to dry up in the heat or cold!

While this printer seems to be good, I couldn’t connect it to my computer. Worked with two Geek Squad people who couldn’t figure it out either. I returned it to Best Buy.

Constant problems with printers. You have to wade through written solutions which don’t work. I have had 2-Printers and do not appreciate that you have to call and talk to someone in Geek Dept far away . Person who set up second computer just took off without making sure I understood. Geek Squad used to be great. Now customer service at Best Buy is nit very accessible. Everyone you talk to refers you to someone else. You have to pay $150;to get help. In future I will shop elsewhere!

A very good product for my needs. Sales man knew just what I wanted.

Takes a long time to print. Hp easy to smart software is terrible. Got it to work when I uninstalled that and put in the regular driver. Takes a really long time to print.
