I'm waiting on a friend to come over and help me set up my new printer. Taking longer than I thought. I sincerely hope the printer is as good as I think it is. I'm not good by phone where technology is concerned. I was told that I could call and have someone tell me by phone how to set it up. Rating?? Don't know yet.

excellent for little price the wifi connection was not smooth but once it's connected it do the work the interface is minimal

The printer seems like a good valve. However attempting g to install it thru wi-fi was a nose bleeds, because it was't easy, I use the Greek sq to install it with a plain old cord

HP policy of chip loaded toners is the most degrading characteristic of this printer. It would cost me an excessive amount to service my need of 6 pages daily. I decided not to be a captive audience and returned the machine in preference for a Brother machine without this characteristic.

It’s a great little printer - practically portable - doesn’t print two-sides - but I just flip the page over - eezy peezy…

This printer is ok. I had a older model which the Laser Print quality was a little better but it could be because of the setting..You also need to be focused when positioning paper for double sided printing.

So far it's a disaster. Couldn't connect to Wifi through the app, spent a hour on the phone with the Gook Squad, they couldn't connect it & said I need too call HP support: now I figure I'll have to spend another hour with them & hope they can help. I've had other Wifi printers, no prob connecting. If this fails it's being returned to Best Buy.

Not satisfied. Hard to install. Wireless does not oftentimes, it needs to hook a printer cable.

Replacement model wireless printer Extremely hard for non-tech person to set up in our home with our wifi network. Will have to spend more cash for in home tech visit and set up. Manufacturer set up is not easy to follow and help over the phone is not efficient, especially when tech reps don't speak english well.

Excellent printer, the only bad thing Is the cartridge have no enough toner.

Prints well but it goes off line all the time for some unknown reason. Complaint from other owners also!

it keeps disconnecting from the wifi and compares with the other one that we have it feels cheap.

I upgraded from the smaller version and I’m glad that I did. The scanner makes it worth it.

So far so good. I only needed black ink so this was a good choice. I’m not sure about the powdered ink yet, but time will tell how long it lasts. I LOVE that I can print from my phone! To date, it’s doing just as I hoped.

Seems like a decent enough printer for price so far. I always recommend using laser jet printer if you don’t need color. I kind of wish it had duplex capability but I can actually live without it.

It’s light weight. The smart printer gets little confused when you run setup with the smart phone. The printer is getting as much you want to print out. I don’t know how long this printer will last.

The printer was printing partial ink on paper, and the ink ran out only after fewer than 100 pages. I purchased more ink and it has been working fine, however, I don't like that you have to print from the HP link instead of the printer coming up on your printer profile list. This was an emergency purchase

Extremely overpriced for what it is. Fiddky to set up and you have to use their software. If I didn't have IT experience with printers in an office environment we'd have been dead in the water. Had to access the http we server for the printer to get it to connect finally after a few hours of struggling with hp's terrible software. Wish I could return it and get a $50 inkjet.
