So far so good. My first two printers were HP and were great over their lives. My last HP stopped working after six months. I had printed maybe 10 sheets. It was an ink jet. This one is a laser. I’ll see how it holds up to not being used much and printing when I need it.

I do not have any info for the review. I purchased on February 23 the printer with setting it in my home. Unfortunately, I got the service schedulled for a month later, on March 22. My printer is at my home sitting unpacked on a table hoping the service thech will come on schedulled time. Thanks for invitation. Gary

Printer requires wifi connection. Did not realize this at time of purchase. Printer went offline after 3 weeks. Had to have a service call to fix the problem. Bought a usb cable that was not required. Printer works fine now that it is properly connected.

This copier is a little work horse! Ic you don’t need color I highly recommend. Printing quality is excellent.

Love it! Use it at home. Small foot print, quiet and nice looking. Easy setup!

This is a great printer- basic and uncomplicated. Very satisfied with the printer and the shopping experience at Best Buy.

Prints fast does not waste alot of ink. Inks last a long time. Only issue is sometimes it says it’s not connected

This product works well with the HP Smart App and gives the opportunity to get work done in a variety of ways.

This product was easy to use, the interface with the computer either with the direct cable or Wifi

I like it being all-in-one. I use both printer and scanner often, but never use it for straight copying. Nice size and convenient to use. I was hoping it would scan faster, but it takes about 30 sec. per page (total). The software has functions like crop and picture modifications, save as document, picture, pdf, etc. Default is HP Smart which requires login for scanning. If you want to scan without logging into the website, you have to choose full Easy Start for setup install. It can print a page in about 5 sec. However, for a multipage document, there will be up to 5 second pauses between pages.

B&W Laser printers still have a place in a color market. If your looking for an economical printer this one will due.

The Bluetooth connection is not stable. I need to reestablish connection several times a day. The supposed length of time for the ink was only two weeks not several months as promoted.
