It arrived within 1 day even though the estimated delivery window was 5-10! It's great to see Best Buy have high demand items in stock even through such tough times with supply chain. This is a perfect, compact inkjet printer for my small shipping business. Prints quick with no issues. Install was a breeze and I consider myself to be a little slow with technology! Overall great - thanks to the best buy team!

I bought a chord since I didn't have wireless service. Well, it still doesn't do what zi wanted. So it works like a copier which I can use too. But, still can't print from my e-mail and have no idea what to do now. I also wasn't offered an extended warranty. I have ordered a $300 tablet to see if that helps, will pick it up Monday.

You have to install their HP Smart app - you can't just install a driver and move on. You also MUST use HP OEM toner cartridges - even if you are able to find compatible cartridges at a lower price. When setting up on the second computer - we had to print the unique access code 4 different times before it worked. Life was a lot easier when all you had to do was install a print driver!

I was hesitant to buy a laser printer and did not look forward to the set up but this little guy is great. Set up was very easy. (YouTube video for this model was very helpful and took the mystery out of it). It works fine with no glitches with my Apple laptop, iphone and iPad..but I did need to reboot the iPad to get it to recognize it. Highly recommend it for general use.

My issue is that I use the printer where there isn't wi-fi and the printer will just quit. It seems to think it needs to talk to the internet even though I am using it connected via a USB cable. Very frustrating to have such a great printer have this flaw that I can't seem to get around nor predict when it will occur. It will work for hours and then randomly stop.

Super compact but super functional AIO laser

Unboxing and setup: Pretty straight forward, just printer, toner, power cord and a setup guide. Take it out, install toner cartridge, plug is in and then quick setup using the HP Smart app on my phone. Once connected to the WiFi it basically does the rest for you. My phone and laptop both found and installed whatever drivers they needed instantly and we were off. Placement of this printer is made super easy as well since it is just wifi and can go anywhere that you have a wifi signal and a power outlet - it also has a very small footprint which helps to allow placement just about anywhere as well. Usage: Comes with toner cartridge good for a stated ~950 pages depending of course on what you're printing. I've been through about half a ream of paper with no hiccups and no light areas across the pages. First page comes out quickly and then rapid fire 21 ppm after that. I really like the HP Smart app as well, allows for effortless scan/print/copy right from my phone so I don't need to get my computer out every time I need to print an email something like that. Hopefully won't need it but the HP+ is clutch for extended warranty and free replacement toner as well.
