The wireless setup was the easiest printer installation I've ever done. Now all my devices (phone and tablet too) can print to my HP. So far it's been a good quality purchase. It even has a feature to help you copy two sided items (like ID cards) on the same page. If you do not print a boatload of copies each month then stay away from the subscription service.

Works well for our needs. Easy to set up. Gives us clear sharp copies.

This printer works well for printing, photocopying and scanning documents. It was easily set up by a Best Buy tech person at our home. One thing to be aware of once you have used it for a short while though, is that the initial toner is not a full size toner, and you may experience poor printing and the need to purchase a new toner after printing fewer pages than you expected!

Nice quality fast printing no jams so far. Getting it connected to my network a nightmare finally had to connect it to my PC with a cable then got it to connect to the wi-fi on my computer. Never could get it to connect directly to my router

This little printer was easy to set up, but then got disconnected, I called support they helped me set it up and then it worked fine. I Have been using daily for over a month now and it works great. It was definitely a good deal, I got it on sale & I would recommend, also you dont have to buy the ink plan to use it..

Setup using the HP Smart App on my iPhone. . App picked the wrong network, but I quickly I fixed it. I thought everything was setting up nicely, but then app said it couldn’t connect after getting the IP address. App suggested unplugging the printer and router. App was right, and it worked. Setup finished, and there were no further issues. Though setting up my wife’s iMac was challenging. But, I quickly figured it out. My iPad, and my wife’s phone and iPad set up automatically. So far so good, though it’s just day 1. HP+ was easy, and uneventful. I don’t really understand folks not wanting HP+, always on internet, and using HP toner. The description of the printer is very clear. It is an “E” model. All of those things are part of the description. All of that being said, so far, so good. And the price was awesome!

So far so good. Had it for about a week and no problems yet. Set up was very simple. HP has already sent me another toner. Printing is fast. Easy to use and can send fax with my sell phone. How cool is that.

Printer is small enough for a laser all in one. I suggest you use a phone when setting up this printer for the first time. Setup was a little clunky specially since i was using an older computer with Windows 7.

Awesome printer that works flawlessly and it was easy to set up. After a few weeks of owning it, I had had no problems. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend big bucks on a printer. I believe it's still on sale for $149.00. Grab one before the sale ends.

I have used this printer now for over a year and it is still going strong. Love the duplex printing. The only thing missing is color, but I don't miss it anymore.

It is just the right size for use up in my vacation home in the mountains. It is compact and fits where it is needed. Do not need color for just keeping up with minimum printing needs. It is also plenty fast enough for my needs.

Got this for my mom when her old one started printing with lines on the sheets. She says she’s used it daily since and hasn’t run into any issues. She uses the printer for work and personal. Enjoys that it prints wireless too for easy access.
