This printer is designed for printing double sided documents. Since that is the default option, you have to scroll down and turn off double-sided printing every time you print something. To make things worse, the dysfunctionality doesn’t stop there. If you don’t click the print button quickly enough, the printer switches back to double-sided printing. In addition, you have to make adjustments to change the print color from gray to black. And, if you jerk the paper out, you may have to open up the printer, find the paper stuck in the printer, and remove it.

This laser printer-scanner is perfect for the home. Being wifi based, all of our phones and laptops have access to it. I love the 2-sided printing capability.

Even though I have not opened the item yet. Customer service has been great. The item looks secure and new from the outside of the box. I’m looking forward using it.

This is my third small laser jet, the other two were color printers but I didn't need that this time as I have access to another color printer. Great product

TERRIBLE PRINTER. This is the fifth decade I've used HP printers, and this is the LAST HP printer I will EVER buy. I will be RETURNING it shortly. Poor quality printer. Rickety mechanism on top. VERY slow to scan--slower than scanners I used in the 1990s. Third-party software must be installed to use. Software use for such a simple function as scanning is VERY cumbersome. This is a LOUSY product; AVOID it. Unfortunately, I am unable to give a completely unversished review due to the "Review guidlines."

The Lazer Jet M234sdw does not come with color ink. Jean think that’s ridiculous. It’s easy to install and I like the HP Smart app but no ink is just wrong.

Do not buy this printer. It is the worst I have ever had. I run a small business and only use it for smalll print jobs (2-3 pages). The copier at top jams all the the time. The printer itself spontaneously goes into offline mode for no reason. I bought it new less than 4 months ago. It has caused downtime on a number of occasions. Complete junk.

The printer was a recent purchase so I have not used it a lot but so far I do like it. I will not have to buy ink cartridges in the future.

For what I use it does a good job. It needs a more user-friendly operating screen.

Printer is better than expected. We had to go thru a learning curve but that is on our end not the printer.

The display is so dim it is almost useless! Other than that it’s a good printer.

you will have a little bit of a problem hooking it to the wifi but other wise excellent printer.

Cheap, light, easy to use. Complicated to set up though.

The printer works well. The instructions for installation need improvement. Support was excellent to get printer installed.

Unfortunately, this printer is not compatible with older Mac computers. Tech support could not help me, so I had to return it. No issues with returning printer for full refund, however.

Seems OK. Sometimes has issues connecting with the internet. Black and white only so I use my other printer. Will have to learn when and how to replace the toner cartridge.

Just what I needed and the help from Geek Swayd was worth every penny of membership.

Harder to set up than other printers. Lost wifi signal after a few days and had to mess with getting it back on line.
