Very easy to set up, works like a charm; compact, doesnt take up to much space on the office desk.

I've had our HP Laser Jet printer for a couple of months, and it has met all of my expectations. We opted for the B & W rather than the color, which was much more expensive, and for our home purposes, it has been a good decision. We are quite pleased with our printer.

The printer works very well. The Wi-fi setup was quick and painless, and its response time from hitting the Print button to the first page printing is very fast.

To be perfectly honest, I’m getting more and more frustrated with HP printers, and this LaserJet is no exception. Although I love the idea of a laser printer because I don’t print a lot and want to save on ink, that’s only helpful if the printer actually prints. I’ll come back to this later. For now, initial setup was easy enough, and I do like the HP app since I can see printer information from my phone, scan from phone to printer, etc. The overall design is good in terms of size and aesthetics. And the initial connection to Wifi was simple. I do like the amount of control you have right on the printer touchpad for setup. However, I’ve had nothing but trouble in getting the printer to STAY connected to Wifi. It says it’s connected but then I go to print from a device and it suddenly disconnects. I write this in the review because this is not the first HP printer I’ve experienced this problem with. It seems to be a design issue that has continued into their current run of printers, and it is beyond frustrating. I contacted support but the issue has persisted. And as long as it does, I can’t recommend this printer.

Love this printer so far, but have only had for about 4 weeks. Works well, is quiet and has never jammed.

Love my new printer, but it took two Geek Squad visits to get it connected to my old laptop and it cost me $99 even though I am a Geek Squad member.

For the price very quality printer and copier. Scanner is slow but for the price is good.

works very well but very hard to trouble shoot on a mac - I have been warned about wireless printers and I had to reinstall everything for no apparent reason. Once I got an on the HP chat, they were fantastic.

Nothing but a hassle with this printer. 1. Will only print one job, then blinks error 2 even when there is no error, so have to turn off the printer, then back on, to print the next job. 2. HP won't replace it even when in warranty. 3. Control panel very limited and hard to use 4. on/off button is inconvenient to use

This is one of the best purchases I made this year. No regrets.

This laser printer better than ink printer never need ink

This is the second printer within one month purchased from Best Buy. I just need one simple to operate at home with scan and fax. 1st one I got was complicated then returned back to Best Buy. Checked with the customer service advisor suggested me this one. He said this one very simple to connect and operate. Long story short ended up I had to hire a tech to assist me to connect it. I need to set up Epps in the computer for each functions. Too much headache.

HP makes quality printers. I hope this one lasts as long as my old one, an HP LaserJet 1300, about 12 years.

The size and weight fitted my needs to print and copy on the go, but the auto feed tray's guides are too flimsy to feed the paper straight, its paper feed mechanism is too lightweight to pull the paper through evenly (resulting in a taffy-like stretching of the print on parts of pages after just a few pages of printing), and despite more than an hour's work the wireless setup failed miserably. In my experience this is unacceptable quality. My printers 30 years ago worked better than this. Why can't they make a decent unit nowadays? The clincher was the setup nightmare: the online setup failed miserably, and the forced monitoring is unacceptable. Yesterday I returned it to the store for a refund. I guess that's my last HP product. With 3 HP printers in my house and all of them malfunctioning at the same time this week, it's time for a change.
