worked great, tried one of the cheaper models and i had to take it back. Then i bought one of these and it didnt work. so i got a 3rd and it worked, sometimes you get a dud so cant be too bad but i hope thats not common. And i own a IT buss so it wasnt user error either

I Returned it because I did not see anywhere on the box that it was only a black & white printer. If it does, then it is not well notated.

It shows 'paper jam' when we first set it up. Worked on it for almost an hour trying to figure out what the problem was. Nothing worked.

The printer works great but it did not come with any info regarding what kind of toner to buy or how to install toner. It took another trip to the store and research to figure it out.

I was very surprised at the flimsy nature of this printer. I've always had HP printers and they're usually substantial. This one feels like it could break at any moment everything is really cheap plastic and the way they put the control buttons on the paper supply area at the base front was very poorly done. First of all that whole paper area sticks out and seems to make the printer unnecessarily larger in its footprint. If your finger slipped even a little you were going to be choosing 99 copies instead of one. One of my biggest issues was set up and use. It seemed to rely heavily on using your phone or whatever device you set it up on. I'm used to setting up Wi-Fi and all of that right from the little panel. I returned it and got a better HP model the 3101sdw that ironically cost less money and was much better.

Great but, the initial setup was not easy. setting up with the network is not the easiest.

I love this printer! It does everything I want it to do. I love the fact that I will no longer have to buy those CHEAP INK CARTRIDGES!! This HP is usually $229 and it was on sale when I bought it for $179. Great deal for a great product!

Was looking for a not very often used printer that wouldn’t clog up. Best Buy sales person steered me in the right direction and am very pleased with product.

I purchased this product as I am moving into a new house. I currently use the same model in the house we live in and will let it remain there so my son can continue to use the system.

Love the ink tank concept. Long lasting ink. I don’t like the ink subscriptions.
