This has been a great printer purchase for my family. We don't use a lot of color or use it every day, so this laser printer is perfect for my family's use. We don't waste color ink like we did on my previous inkjet printer.

As a teacher I need a printer that prints both quality black , white and colored pictures. This printer only printed in black and white. It's difficult getting it to print at times.

After an HP loyalist, this was the best printer I have purchased and the BEST experience of purchasing Best Buy is really great at making sure the customer is taken care of. I am a customer for life and have already told all my friends. This Laser Printer is compact and easy to set-up and use. LOVE IT!

works faster than my older inkjet printer and love the fact of how many pages I will get printed compared to the HP inkjet printer, Was putting 250 dollars or more into ink per year in ink and now this cartridge should last over a year and not dry out like the inkjet cartridges did

Great small office printer. Easy to install. Fast printing. I haven't tried the scanning capabilities but expect it will be straightforward. Was able to set a static ip address via the web software which is great for a small office.

The printer itself is fine and came with an inkjet cartridge already installed , albeit a just a "temporary" one . SO , I decided to purchase a new one and have it ready to replace the old when needed from Best Buy , or so I thought . This printer takes a HP laserjet 134A cartridge that guess what ? Best Buy doesn't just not have in stock , but doesn't sell , period . So much for the $15 reward certificate they offered me on- line which expires by 08/19/23. Had I known that I'd have shopped somewhere else and will double check ANYTHING I buy from them in the future , if at all.

replaced my 9 year old HP printer with this Laser jet. Love it, I had a hook up problem (my fault) and had next mng service to organize me. Such great experiences Ive haad with BB, tvs, computer, printers, and the Geek guys.

We really like our HP printer. Only thing we would change is now we are thinking we should have bought the model that does color printing. I guess that will be next.

Good value for the money. If you don't need a fancy printer or don't want to invest a lot, this printer has more functions that you would expect and is a good bet.

Was over purchasing the ink colors as I mostly use black ink but when a color would run out, you had to replace all. I prefer a single black ink tube as a replacement.

I purchased this as a secondary printer for my children’s school work and just for everyday use as I have a cannon Pixma pro-300 for printing photos which obviously isn’t ideal for everyday use. This is my first experience with a home-based laser printer and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I’ll hit the print button and before I can even walk the 20 feet to the printer the page is already done printing. Along with the fact that it came with six months worth of free toner was an added unexpected bonus. Within one week of setting up the printer UPS has already dropped off a new toner cartridge so that when the first one runs out I will not have any lapse in use. I give this printer a 10/10

Good overall printer. A bit confusing on the instructions on use. However, video access was available and that helped a great deal.

Was a little difficult to get up and running compared to other devices I have had. Runs really well it takes some time for the mobile portion.

Purchased and had HP Customer Service walk me through set up and up and running quickly. Glad I did that as reviews indicated this printer set up had some issues, which it did.

Solid printer software is a hassle printed fine for a few weeks now it won't print because I have to set it up with HP Smart

We were interested in a black & white printer/copier with scanning capabilities. This model met our modest expectations at a reasonable price.

Haven't used it enough to quite master its efficient use. Still not always successful using scan feature.

This is a great printer. It allows the users to do everything that they need at home.

I love my new printer. I could never get the Bluetooth to work on my other one. I like hp and will stick with them in the future
