Took 2 printers, a laptop and desk CPM, and 3+ hours to set up with HP support to get working. Way to difficult.

Purchased for home/office basic printing. Works well and easy to setup with HP app.

It's one of the cheapest ones available, so by the quality of its printing it has an exceptional value for the money paid on it.

While this appeared to be an excellent printer with easy setup, the HP+ system isn’t compatible with the security protocols of my work network — there was no way for a remote admin to set it up via VPN. I was disappointed when HP support confirmed this. Setup requires WiFi. Had to return the printer and get a different model. If you don’t need secure connections, this might be a good choice.

Set up with phone first for easier installation. Tried first with Desktop.

HP makes some awesome machines EXCEPT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THEIR MACHINES EASY TO USE AND CONTROL FOR A TYPICAL USER. it IS SO SAD. i FIRST BOUGHT THIS MACHINES LOWER PRICED SIBLING BUT THEN TRADED IT BACK FOR THIS ONE SIMPLY BECAUSE IT HAS A BARELY BETTER SET OF COTROLS. NOT enough for a 4 star, reduce the grade too 3 star, only a bit better than none.

Used for about a week, paper jammed, following directions to remove the jam, did not work, and then the top would not close. Absolutely awful. Cheap plastic.

Purchased this to use in my practice. Setup was hard and it seems the unit would not connect. I returned the item after many failed attempts.

It is very hard to insert a new toner cartridge. I have never had this problem with my other printers. The printer works as it should once I have manged to insert the new toner cartridge.

When they try to upsell you on the in store warranty, and you decline. Less than a year later and it’s totally giving the blue screen of death vibes. Unfortunately for us that we didn’t purchase that warranty/service. On a good note, we used our points to purchase it. Sill money loss. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

Great! Works well and I am pleased with this product. I recommend it with "Thumbs Up!"

Decent printer. Only thing I don’t like is the long boot up time for it to connect to WiFi. When you turn it on, it takes about a minute to connect to WiFi. Have to download the HP app either on your phone or computer to set up for first time use.

Absolutely avoid this printer and any disaster of HP products. They will force you to keep the printer connected to the internet and if there is even a whiff of a connection issue, your perfectly functional printer will be reduced to the function of a massive paperweight. IT LITERALLY WILL NOT PRINT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, AVOID HP AT ALL COSTS

If you are an Apple user, do not buy this product. I wish I had returned it right off the bat. Every time I try to use it, I have to reconnect with wifi, reboot printer, reboot modem, and sometimes it still gives me printer not available. Now, 9 days after warranty, phone support costs $20.

What a piece of crap. HP was supposed to be a good dependable product. I have a bigger HP LaserJet that works flawlessly. I bought this for in the house for the once in awhile printing/ copying i need to do. Doesnt want to connect. Always dropping wifi. Setup is absolutely stupid. Doesnt want to be detected. Wont set up with mobile device even though says you can. Definitely dont recommend.

Material is ok and plus once its connected again again disconnect so after so nany time trying to connect we decided to return .
