Very quick, quiet and gets the job done. I would purchase again.

It’s an HP printer! Can’t go wrong. I’ve already received a replacement toner cartridge under their 6 month replacement plan. This HP printer is reasonably priced and the printer driver app is free to download. As long as you’re not looking for color when you print, this is the printer for you.

Excellent printer, documents print very fast. Good quality prints, I know some people have concerns regarding the HP print app. I found the set up to be very easy, and the app gives you additional features including e-fax.

Ive had this printer for a few months now and it works reallg good! The toner it came with went super quick so ended up buying the high yield and worth the extra price! The only down side is it has to be connect to the Internet at all times but thats a small issue. Definitely recommend on buying

Great service in store, the young man was very helpful. The product operates fast, the ink is not too pricey and other features are very efficient. I got this for a steal with the BEST BUY MEMBERSHIP, you gotta get the membership!!

Printer is fast and effective with printing a large number of pages. Printing front and back is smooth. I have mine connected with wifi and have no issues with connections. Only missing color.

Very easy to set up. Prints are clear and fast. Loading paper is easy and the overall ergonomics vet good, As far as how many pages one can get from one toner cartridge I haven't had the printer long enough to evaluate.

I previously had the M130 and this one crushes it. I also signed up for the $2/month ink plan which is pretty smart of HP to do and good value for us. Set was very easy and I haven't had any connection issues like I did on the M130 printer.

Much better than expected since the review I read said the double-sided part wouldn't work. I missed the fact that its only a black and white printer, but that was my fault.

Great printer and works great! The app is a bit finicky during the initial setup, especially when configuring the wifi. After its set up though it’s immediately found on all devices.

Took forever to set up. Worked perfectly for 24 hours, then quit working. Had to call HP support and it took them an hour over the phone & online to get it working again. A week later, same problem. My HP laptop would print to the printer, but would not recognize the scanner. Took FOUR HOURS on the phone & online to get it working again. When it works, its great. But all these problems in the first week of having it has been a pain in the rear. Here's hoping I have clear sailing going forward.

So far so good. I've had it now for about a month and bought it as an upgrade to my ink printer. The installation was not hard as I've read in other reviews. The printing is fast and i am impressed overall.

Great printer that does it all, including duplex printing automatically. Fast printing and if needed FREE quality HP technology support. I would buy this unit again.

Its great product. Its user friendly. So far this is the best printer Its Laser Toner I ever have. It's so amazing and I'm so happy. Thank you. Hewlett Packard for this amazing product.

Other than the size (to big for my work area) this is a good printer. I’m a little difficulty getting things to print from my laptop on occasion, but it’s probably operator error!

I love this printer! So much faster and smoother than my 3 year old HP Envy. Bought the new one on SALE because it was going to cost $150 to repair the old one.

This printer does all I can ask for. Flawless performance to date!! Glad I purchased it. It will be used frequently! Note: Best Buy needs to stock the ink for it!!

I needed a black & white printer for making copies and printing reports. Didn't want to burn Inkjet ink. This works great. Turns on and goes to sleep automatically.

I love my printer. It was easy to set up and use and the perfect size for my small office space.

It is the best printer, the HP printers or other hp product works exceptionally fine for long time, with out that much issue
