Paper Jam Error and there's not one, can't print

Laser Jet Pro 3001dw

Being able to print on both sides automatically is also a big plus and also has a good size paper tray. It is a bit noisier than my previous HP, but the pluses out weigh anything else. Having both wireless and cable capabilities another plus.
