Great value, high speed great print detail, only issue is ink cartridges are very high. Aftermarket cartridges seem to not provide a good print.

Great looks, easy setup, just a bit heavy to carry up a flight of stairs.

Reliable and sturdy. Not the most expensive copier on the market but it sure beats the cheapies with ink refills that cost in the hundreds. Ink is excellent, easy to set up and use.

I have been having trouble with Brother all in one for a year, so that I decided to change it since finally it got out of order. HP all in one is simple, even my son could install by himself and it can do all the work without any problems, but Brother always needs to call for install, repairs, etc. Hp is much easy to handle and no need to spend time to call and wait for resolving a problem. I will recommend for anyone.

This printer is the best one I have ever had, it's easy to use, easy to read and easy to care for.

This model is more expensive than the ink jet printers we used before and it took a little while to get the scan to email function to work but it has been an outstanding option for us. Best Buy offers a service to set it up but I declined. Used for work at home and kids school work it has been great so far. Love the print speed.

Excellent print quality. Fast. East to setup. The cost was not much more than an inkjet.

Does a great job. Scanner could be a bit more user friendly, as far as choosing where to send the scanned documents and renaming them before they save, but the printer is really sharp and crisp and fast.

The printer is a little heavy, But, it's really nice printer and so fast to print good quality papers.

Definitely an upgrade from my set up. I have replaced printers so many times I decided to spend a little more to get a better one. The previous one was a budget friendly one that frequently got paper jams. If you buy this printer take a photo of the PIN code so you will be able to sign into it, otherwise you will be able to get your print outs. LOL I'm sure it was in the instructions somewhere...
