Everything was fine for the first thirty days. Meets my needs many times over. Fast printing. Crisp and sharp. I do not recommend it for photos. I think you need to buy special photo paper if that is your thing. However, I have an issue that my Tray 2 paper tray will not close completely with just letter size in it. It stays open to legal size. However, the letter size prints fine. It's going back to the store tomorrow.

This printer was exactly what our office needed, it's much faster than the other model we purchased, its quiet and an easy set-up

I've had this unit a year now so I've had plenty of time to evaluate its performance. It does everything I ask of it well except faxing. I just stick to using the software faxing and this works every time. Text is crisp and clear and the print speed is fast. One thing I don't like is the small toner cartridges which are quite pricy but since I don't print that much anymore its a tradeoff I was willing to make. Also the touch screen could be larger. The biggest complaint I have though is when I access the printer using HP Smart it forces me to input the code multiple times when I should only have to do it once. If you don't know it the code is on a label attached to a printer cartridge and if you don't write it down and keep it put up then later replace that toner cartridge the code will be gone and you won't be able to access the printer menu functions. It should've been attached to the door or another part that can't be thrown away so it won't go missing.

Set up was out of the box easy. I put it on my WAN for all devices to use, and it was a breeze. Printing is without delay, and great quality. Much better than my last laser color (different brand, lasted 7 years), but already I can see the vast difference. To the positive. Would highly recommend.

I love my new Laserjet Printer! I had an older version of this printer that lasted many years. I finally decided to get a new one after the old one stopped feeding the paper without assistance. I’m so glad I did. The design is a lot sleeker with all the functionality I need.

Great printer for our office, double sided. fast, quick setup

Incredible! Easy to set up, excellent quality, super quick. I was skeptical because I had a home printer that took forever to print (not a laser) and thought the only way to mass produce things was with the huge clunky printers you see in offices. I’m amazed. I have this at the office and I’m buying a second one for home

The printer was pretty straightforward to get set up out of the box. After downloading the necessary HP apps, and having the printer directly connected to the computer, I have noticed both times when I tried to print that I had to submit a product multiple times before the queue even registered and started printing. When it does print, it is fast and the quality is good, though could be better for images.

Very happy with our new printer. It's fast and has beautiful colors. Only wish it would print copies in black and white instead of grayscale. Sometimes we have things on color paper and don't want to copy the background color. still happens only in gray with the grayscale. Otherwise...Love this printer

Awesome printer, reliable fast little maintenance, always prints

This laser color printer is awsome! all toner's are already installed, just pull all the orange tapes off, plug it in and pretty much it's ready to go. the colors this thing print out is amazing! Bright and deep colors. Very easy to setup with wifi or direct. Very impressive
