Love this printer, very fast and the ink lasts forever. Ink does not dry out like the ink jet printers do. Would recommend this to everyone, even though it cost more, you should never have to replace it. It will be my last one.

I bought this printer intending it for small business purposes. I made the mistake of setting it up in the house to do a project. This printer is now not allowed to leave my house, because my family found it useful and user-friendly. I am buying a second one for the office.

Don’t normally write reviews but made an exception for this one. As an old guy raised outside the digital world, I normally have a hard time figuring how to set things up but with my HP Printer it’s been a breeze!! Happy I bought it and dumped out the Widow my old printer! Lol

Print quality is sharp, it's quick, and not too loud. Setup was easy - but I'm returning the machine because I was hoping for better than 300dpi scans through the top sheet feeder. I was really hoping for a multi-function laser printer that I could scan multi page documents clearly (600dpi) without painstakingly putting each one on the glass. I really like the machine but wish the description was more clear.

This printer works great. The colors are crisp, it’s quiet and fast! Highly recommend!

Quick , clean image printer, Easy to use and navigate

This product is the best printer I could have asked for! It prints fast and in color! I am able to scan to my computer from the printer and I am able to print from my phone! I HIGHLY recommend this printer to anyone for any personal or business needs!

The printer itself is awesome. The problem comes when it's time for toner cartridge refills: be prepared to spend in excess of $400 for genuine HP toner kits. Also be prepared for the fact that despite what after-market toner kits advertise, HP has updated their firmware, and the printer will not work with anything other than genuine HP toner cartridges. This problem is not unique to this printer or to HP, so maybe it's unfair for me to down-mark HP only (it's the only printer I've purchased in the last few years), but despite the fact that "everyone is doing it" I still think it is unethical not to highlight the fact that you can only use HP toner and that HP robs you blind for that toner when you purchase it. You can literally buy a new printer for the price of replacement toner. Seriously sleazy business practices in my opinion. It's terrible that these are essentially disposable products now.

Does take a few minutes to get the print request in a network. Scanner information for set up is lacking.

A good buy for the small office........connectivity is simple and everything worked out of the box in less than a half hour.........and thats because it took 15 minutes to decide where to put it.........of course check with me in a year for a long term review!

Great printer fast and efficient! It is perfect for a home office.
