    Works great, but since it is listed as a business printer, support from HP is not available on weekends.

    It seems to operate ok with my biggest gripe being that whoever the genius engineer that decided how to set this up thought it was a good idea that when you have legal paper the tray doesn’t close all the way. It sticks out some 3 inches while staying open. I added a second tray on purpose for legal paper, that does the same thing. I know have a permanently open tray. Figure that one out.

    Great printer that has duplex printing and scanning. Also does single pass duplex scanning. All the features I need for a small office.

    This was the most challenging of all the HP "Work Horses" that I have purchased. I have purchase about Seven-(7) HP Color Laser Jet Printers during my life--The HP units that I had to order for the office notwithstanding. This one--4301 fdw gave me the most issues. HP Customer Service Reps. weren't able to ameliorate my issue. I hade to reorder this unit twice since purchasing the original unit.
