    Does a great job. Scanner could be a bit more user friendly, as far as choosing where to send the scanned documents and renaming them before they save, but the printer is really sharp and crisp and fast.

    purchased for my home office. Extremely reliable and fast. Not issues connecting to Wi-Fi. some of my clients are physician practices requiring a heavy amount of printing. this gets the job done! amazing quality.

    Excellent printer for home or business! It does everything from duplex printing, Full color on all media, Can Auto Scan with ADF or manual. Fax and Copies great. Only thing was software driver wasn't easy to install took me an hour to get the right full software drivers from HP. Even HP Print & Scan Doctor didn't have it right. Best thing when setup is to have it plugged into LAN Ethernet first to get it's own DHCP ip address then your good to go for wireless printing.

    This printer is a powerhouse for our small business office. We get ink delivery on auto shipment so we never have to worry about it. We easily and quickly connected it to all of our office computers via our network. It prints exceptional quality in color and B&W and can handle high workloads of both standard paper sizes and larger or smaller options.

    We had the HP 8720 for many years. Finally gave in to getting a colored laser printer. We hope that this lasts a long time and we hope the toner will last longer than the ink cartridges of the last one. So far only one glitch since we purchased it. It won’t copy. Had to turn it off and then on again.

    Capability and quality is excellent. However, I have had to reload the software numerous times, due to getting "printer offline:" messages when trying to print.

    Has the features I was looking for. 2 sided/duplex scanning is great. Print quality is good. The HP account/login experience does make it a hassle sometimes. The printer will also just decide it doesnt want to show as connected to the network when nothing has changed. So you have to reset both your router and printer sometimes.
