AirPrint doesnt really require any set up, came up automatically. Still have not been to sync this printer with the HP smart app and plugging it into the latest version of the MacBook Pro has not helped set it up either. Scan to email doesnt really work either. Would pass if a Mac user and need those features. It does print really fast, is quite and produces high quality print outs. Just wish it had better software.

Beautiful all in one. Color is amazing, print speed is perfect for my needs. Duplex works great, sheet feeder works as it should and has dual side scanning. I am very pleased with this printer. Wireless printing works as it should. Phones and computers easily see the printer and can use it with no messy setup required.

I got the HP - LaserJet Pro 4301fdw Wireless AI-Enabled Color All-in-One Laser Printer. I ordered it Online and it arrived Quick. Unfortunately it is not compatible with Windows 7. I was on the phone with a person from the Geek Squad for over an hour and then with an HP Service Person for over an hour as well. The HP person provided me with some universal downloads, which did not work. I ended up returning it, as the HP 4301 fdw. is only compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It can be hooked up with Ethernet, a USB cord or Wireless My computer could not even see the USB port and I know that the connecting Wire was good. I need an HP LaserJet Pro 4301fdn which only hooks up with an Ethernet Cord or a USB cord, and Best Buy does not carry the HP 4301fdn. There are also 2 models of the HP 4301 fdn. The Older HP 4301fdn comes in a Box that is all white box is all white with 4 blue circles with the letters"hp" and on the Top of the Box says that it is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows 7. The Newer HP 4301fdn comes in a box that has a 4" blue stripe all around the top of the Box. It is only Compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It also only hooks up with an Ethernet or USB cord.

So far this printer has been working great. We wanted a color printer that could scan and copy and this fit the bill perfectly. We don't need or use the fax function, but so far installation and use has been smooth. If you are printing via wifi, remember to be on the same wifi-channel as your printer!

Great printer for labels, quality of print is good. Scan to email tech is coming end of life within the next year or so, need something that supports modern authentication for Microsoft if scan to email is important.

There are better and cheaper printers for photos, still... It gets the job done and it's quiet and quick. Plus when you open it for paper, cartridge loading or scanning its not noisy, Thank God!

The printer was pretty straightforward to get set up out of the box. After downloading the necessary HP apps, and having the printer directly connected to the computer, I have noticed both times when I tried to print that I had to submit a product multiple times before the queue even registered and started printing. When it does print, it is fast and the quality is good, though could be better for images.

I've had this unit a year now so I've had plenty of time to evaluate its performance. It does everything I ask of it well except faxing. I just stick to using the software faxing and this works every time. Text is crisp and clear and the print speed is fast. One thing I don't like is the small toner cartridges which are quite pricy but since I don't print that much anymore its a tradeoff I was willing to make. Also the touch screen could be larger. The biggest complaint I have though is when I access the printer using HP Smart it forces me to input the code multiple times when I should only have to do it once. If you don't know it the code is on a label attached to a printer cartridge and if you don't write it down and keep it put up then later replace that toner cartridge the code will be gone and you won't be able to access the printer menu functions. It should've been attached to the door or another part that can't be thrown away so it won't go missing.

I am a Network Administrator, and I trust HP products for their reliability and performance. The setup process is straightforward, and the quality of the copier, scanner, and printer functions is exceptional.
