My first stab at a laser printer. Got tired of refilling inkjet cartridges. I've used this printer for about a month now and have nothing but great things to say about it. Hooking to WiFi, my Mac and Windows computer was easy. It's blazing fast compared to my old printer. The scanner is excellent. The print quality is second to none. I printed a receipt from a hotel that had a photo on it and the picture came out better than photo shop quality. Love this printer.

I am so very happy with this printer. I went thru 3 printers before I found this model. I needed a color laser printed that didn't take too long warming up and that SEAMLESSLY air-printed from my iMac, iPhones and iPads. I had so many issues with other printers and this one seems to be perfect. The toner seems to last a long time. It looks very nice. I couldn't be happier!

Just plug into network, configure and print. Works with PC and Mac. Goes to sleep and wakes up when you print. Prints double sided. It does it all. Love it.

Excellent item, great on saving money, verses, always having to pay for liquid ink that expires, drys out and or damages device, Toner is a money saver, causes it never drys out, expires or damages device.

This printer has all the features of much more expensive printers, including scan to folder, scan to email, and other features that are often found on large office machines. Great for 5-6 person office.

We used to do a minimum amount of printing, (15-50 prints a month) and always had our inkjet ink drying up well before we hit the print count it should of produced, so we decided to get a laser printer. This one fit our bill to a tee. Easy to set up, excellent prints in color and B and W.
Since buying it my wife has been able to print more for her home based business (50 to 100 prints a month in color flyers and brochures) in excellent quality that we normally would of sent to a office supply store to print for us.
Able to print wireless from our home computer, surface 3, and phones almost seamlessly. Only minor complaint is the printer makes a very "industrial" beep noise when it receives a file and begins printing. Great I would guess for a office environment, but somewhat overkill and annoying when used for home use...but the print quality and long lasting toner make up for this little quirk.

My only negative comment about this printer is that the paper tray is not large enough. It is a fantastic printer that does everything I need it to do and is compact so it fits in a fairly small space. I am very happy with this printer.

Very disappointed in the paper input and output. The manual paper input, is worthless. Doesn't often pull the paper in, if you put more than one sheet, and it does pull it in, it pulls all sheets in at once. If the paper gets stuck you have to use a tweezers to get it out because the space isn't sufficient to use your fingers. It usually jams. Manual is a waste of time. The drawer works fine, but doesn't hold much paper. The output tray supports very few sheets of paper, so you can't send a job of 20 sheets to the printer and walk away or it will be all over the floor. The quality of printing is good, BUT the inefficiency of the paper usages' is so frustrating that, for me, it outweighs the quality of print. The scanner options are less than my $120 HP and harder to save documents.

We've been using this printer in our household for about 1 month now and we absolutely love it. Before purchasing this printer, I had read that the powder (or something) was coming out of the back of the printer when it printed and that it was cheaply made, however, I have not had any issues with this. It prints super fast and more impressing is the quality of the print! It is so, so crisp! I would definitely recommend this printer!

Cheap Plastic Garbage Machine

First, a disclaimer: I bought our M277dw because we were in a hurry to replace the Ricoh SP C420DN that broke down after years of valorous service in our small office. The HP was available, priced well, and had numerous excellent reviews.
For me, it was like going from a big boy machine to a cheap toy. The Ricoh would feed corrugated cardboard through it if we had to. The HP had trouble feeding anything heavier than 24# Bond.
I tried (and tried, and tried) to feed simple, smooth 65# Cover through the HP -- a paper type that can go through even our base-model Epson and Brother printers. I was LUCKY (!!!) if five or six sheets would print in a batch of twenty on the HP, with constant mis-feeds, jams and stalls.
As for the toner, the "starter kit" ran out of black within three days of average use, which is fine -- this was expected, so we had a full-size replacement on hand. Switching out cartridges is quick and easy.
Unfortunately, after just two or three prints, the cartridge began leaking toner into the machine, resulting in black toner dust all over the machine, inside and out, and all over our carpet.
The brilliant advice from HP tech support? Clean off the toner with a clean, dry cloth, and install a fresh toner cartridge. (Really? Never would have thought of that...)
After installing another new $90 black cartridge, we started getting a long, thin black streak down every sheet we printed after about 75 prints.
I'm writing this review while not in a great mood. I'm trying to print on some 67# Vellum Bristol -- again, very basic medium-weight stock -- and the HP has jammed after just one print. I cleared the jam, re-loaded the paper, clicked "OK" and it fired back up ... and started printing a job I had run first thing this morning. Why? I don't know. And right now, I don't care.

So Far So Good, Works as Advertised

It is too early for a full review. I have only had this printer for less than a month now.
Just so I provide some background information, I had a Samsung C460 All-in-one that I was looking to replace. I have nothing good to say about the Samsung printer. It broke down often, would disconnect from WiFi frequently, the laser cartridge would run out erratically. Nothing but issues. It was cheap, actually a Black Friday deal. So I got what I paid for.
I normally always buy Brother when it comes to printer. However, for all the features I was looking for (duplex, color laser, scan, copier, printer), the Brother machine would have been too bulky (I believe it would be in 9xxx series). That was going to be pricey and bulky.
When I could not find a suitably sized Brother MFC printer, I widened my search to include HP.
Once I read the reviews on this printer, I was convinced this is a good buy.
The performance of the printer so far has been very good. It is quiet and reliable. I should note that I connect it to the network via an ethernet cable (not over Wifi). It is actually a good looking printer. The screen wakes up with a touch.
There is one thing I have not figured out yet: How to scan to a computer straight from the printer.

I bought this printer because in got really tired of my inkjet cartridges drying up in the printer and on the shelf, so I took this opportunity to transition into the toner world, and I love the features of this printer i.e... fast page printing, double sided printing, and PDF scanning, in one month I have this printer more than 2 years of inkjet printers.

I was looking for an affordable color all-in-one laser printer and after much research and talking to a sales rep in-store, this was what I went with. Very easy set up, prints from my iPad, quality is great and replacement cartridges are not as expensive as other brands. Also was happy it can print legal size documents and has duplex built in. Great for a small busienss owner and one that works from home but kids need access to print.

Would have preferred the optical resolution on the scanner to be as good as HP's Inkjet All in One printers. You will need to go into the printer configuration itself and turn on the duplex feature as it's off by default.
