Scanner is not as clear as our Epson Artisan 730. Had difficulty getting the fax to work with our answering machine; required our calling HP Support; provided instructions are pitiful. Having occasional trouble with paper jams with bulk printing. Go for the bigger paper tray! We are a small business printing client invoices, etc...constantly filling the tray. Toner is expensive, provided cartridges won't last long...doesn't seem to go on sale so budget accordingly.

I bought this printer for my wife, she does a lot of printing and copies. This printer uses the bigger cartridges so they do last longer. Yes the cartridges are more expensive, but she never gets any smudges or streaks when printing or making copies.This printer also scans and its very easy to use. Its the perfect size too.

Replacement for a mono tone printer. My kids use it for homework, book report, etc. Wi-Fi printing works great!

The HP printer seems to be a reliable printer. It prints fast, color seem rich and accurate. I had a problem with the sleep function at first. I have it set to sleep after five minutes now. Set it to fifteen or thirty minutes, it wouldn't print from sleep mode. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

This printer was an upgrade from my HP ink jet printer, it's a nice feeling to have a quiet printer in the office with remarkable print speed and Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth and NFC use. I just hate that it doesn't have a larger paper tray.

Reliable for the price. Easy to set up although it is a bit confusing on how to unpack and not damage the ADF

This is the second one I purchased and was going to my son where he moved out of the house. Easy setup. Prints from iPhone as well as other devices along with the computer. Double sided printing. Wireless access. Nice speed and flexible location with the wireless access. Scanning can be done wirelessly as well.

Install went fine...However, to print documents from desktop, printer would not print. Same when using the wireless home network. Had to go on-line with a HP Tech three times to get it to print. Otherwise it prints and scans with very good quality output.

I've had the HP Laserjet Pro for a short time, but have found it to handle all printing and copying jobs without any issues.

We love the printer and its performance. Colors are excellent; it is fast and we like the scanner and two sided printing. Price very right. I was shocked when after around 1,000-2,000 pages we had to buy new toner cartridges and they are very expensive. We have spent more on cartridges than we did on the printer and we have only had it for a month or so.

I bought this printer as a gift for a friend's daughter to take to college with her. I hope she gets a lot of use out of it!

Great printer except for the email to scan controls. Most times I have to punch the keys several times for a reaction. Best method is to use the scan controls at the computer. I switched from an HP inkjet after two failed in less than 12 months, I decided to pay a little more for a laser jet. The print quality is excellent for my home based business

This is a great laser printer. The print quality is great and the speed is good also. I replaced an inkjet because of the poor quality and this laser quality blows away any inkjet I have seen. You can't use picture paper in it so I purchased a separate photo printer for that but it does a great job for documents

Printer is great for standard paper, but if you want to print on card stock to make your own cards, it leaves ghost images all over the paper.

This is the consummate machine quiet efficient and it does everything I need and want and it's a beautiful to boot.

The customer support when needed is excellent which is not always the case. Scanning which in past has been a problem can now be successfully accomplished from our computers and iPads, a definite plus. Quality of printed matter is excellent. I guess you can say we are a very satisfied customers.

I got one at work and fell in love! It is fast! Printing labels and envelopes is so quick and easy with the front loading slot! The scan feature is fast with less steps than HP inkjet models. Toner is expensive but goes further than ink cartridges and doesn't have the printhead drying up problems!

Was looking to grab a different printer but they were sold out. Easy to use and super easy to connect with the Mac. Had other printers that were really difficult to scan documents with when connecting to the computer but this has worked extremely well Can easily print from my phone on the go.

Works great, still using the tonor that came in box. Going on 6 weeks. Scan feature and wifi was a snap to set up.
