After working in a large office and using a stand-alone copier for many years, I was reluctant to "downgrade" to a table top model. But after using this copier for about a month, I couldn't be happier with the quality and ease of use of this machine. I highly recommend it!

Love this printer it has a lot of great features including the duplexer that the m477fnw does not have. Price wise these two are very close and I would get the 277 printer.

Great printer. One minor problem is that the ink will bleed onto the other sheets after printing. Could be a paper issue though.

The color printer is excellent, but a little louder than expected. The disappointment was the scanner. The resolution is very good for scanning documents, but scanner pictures is less than optimal. If this was the same scan resolution as the m477dw, I would have given it 5 stars, both in general I would this printer again.

I did a lot of study before purchasing and I'm very pleased with this printer. I work from home and this is so much faster than my ink jet. Color printing is very crisp. Using the scanner is simple and I can print from my iPhone with a click. I highly recommend this printer.

WIRELESS DIFFICULT TO SETUP Overall an excellent printer, BUT, the screen is a little too small. The screen is VERY difficult to use. The BIG problem with the screen is that sometimes it is too sensitive to the touch and at other times it is too insensitive. Sometimes you barely touch the screen and you get two entries (like a double entry - touch one A and two AA appear on the screen. At other times, you have to use a hammer and a steel punch to get an entry to register on the screen. If you have a long number or code to enter on the screen, it is a long, tedious, frustrating process. If you want to have a wireless connection, then you must use the screen. If (big IF) one could enter numbers using the keyboard and thus avoiding the screen entry -- that would be a greatly improved solution. I will add that the Geek support people on the telephone support (Joselito) could not help with this problem. Most disappointing. In general, the on the telephone support people (including Joselito) have been well trained and most helpful. This screen problem is one that H&P caused; and H&P is to be blamed.

The book that came with it is not very helpful. I think it could be made more user-friendly. Love the printing.

Fast, clean, crisp...makes everything I print look like professional quality. I don't wait for anything...most times when I have completed hitting the print button my item is done and in the tray. No smearing, very bright colors, and can print a number of items without slowing down.

Forget using InkJet and just upgrade. I finally did and it's awesome. I would definitely recommend this printer - it's fast, great printing capabilities, and scans fast.

My old dinosaur of an HP finally died. I purchased a Brother because of the reviews. I had to take it back the very next day. Everything I printed had streaks. I bought this printer. The colors are so vibrant and it prints so fast. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Hands down the best printer I've ever owned! If you're looking for a quality color laser printer for home, look no further. Fast copies, excellent print quality and easy to program and use. Has a nice touch screen, well built and HP support is great. Highly recommend!!!

I'm very happy with my new HP laser jet pro printer. Love the cordless and Bluetooth capabilities and also I can get hundreds more pages with this type of ink, dry ink, then with my other printer. Don't have to worry about the ink or cartridge heads drying up. Love it!

Only complaint is the paper tray could be larger. Everything else is great so far.

I needed this printer for home and business. It works great without any problems.

This is perfect for home use. NOT FOR PHOTO printing. While it can print photos it is not meant to be a photo quality printer. I'll take it all day vs any inkjet for general printing. Color laser printer with copy/scan. Print from any mobile device or thru the internet

Everything you expect from a laser printer. Exceptional quality prints and no software required. Print easily and wirelessly with any device on your network. Tethering a device is still in option for you oldschool folks. The USB port and user friendly touchscreen make using this machine incredibly easy.

This printer was a replacement for a mono laser mfp and a color inkjet mfp. Even though they say it is not designed for photos, they still come out quite impressive. Very happy with this unit, it has kept right up with me, from printing 1 page to 50 pages.
