Pro's: It's a laser. No expensive inkjet cartridges to constantly buy & change It's an all-in-one and it does a great job of scanning, printing, copying and faxing and it duplexes, plus there is an envelope feeder to fast print one envelope at a time Reasonably priced and compact in size for a laser. Con's: Scanning resolution could be better Small paper tray

Always get a paper jam when copying. Every single time. Drawer will not close when holding legal size paper

It is an awesome unit I did my research and this one was perfect. Unfortunately for me I had to return it because it wouldn't fit in the only location i had to be able to put it. I am suffering with a smaller unit I wish I could still have this one

It's a great home laser printer. I love it. It's also not too big.

I was really impressed with this printer when I first began using it. The colors were spot on and everything looked good. BUT, after about 40 pages being printer it began leaving a black "drag" mark down the right side of the document. The "drag" mark would become less, but still there, if I let it sit for about 30 minutes. Sadly, I had to return it to Best Buy.

Purchase in Nov. 2015 . . . Failed in July 2016. Best Buy store replaced under my extended warranty but the supposed 'plug-in and go' installation did not work. Paid $185.00 for a remote IT company to connect which was a real problem! Now who is going to reimburse me for this cost!

I've used it to scan and print and I'm very happy with it.

After many looking at many MF color laser printers, I decide to go with the HP. This was based on reviews and options available with the printer. The only reason I gave this printer a 4 star rating was based on the fact that configuring wireless printer is a little difficult.

This printer makes awesome prints and copies for the price.

I have been looking for a laser printer for a while. Talking with store associates at Best Buy and other office supply stores, it seems HP was the way to go. Bought this printer on sale and couldn't be happier. Had some hiccups with set-up (on a Mac) but figured it out and works perfectly.

Very easy set up and use, seems like a very good printer

This printer was asy to set up wirelessly and works great. It even prints double sided which I didn't know it could do before bringing it home. This was a nicely priced printer also.

Definitely a good printer if you only plan to use it occasionally. The paper tray is only an inch deep if that. The scanner belt and rail is very loud and doesn't seem to be very sturdy. Auto feeder could be a bit sturdier. Will not recommend for busy home offices.

The price/performance ratio is outstanding for this multifunction color laser. Boots up quickly and all of the different functions work through the Ethernet/network connections. It seems well built. I just wish the paper hopper was slightly larger - but I am nit picking with that complaint.
