We used this to replace an HP all in one inkjet. The value has already proven itself in that we are not buying ink cartridges every month. It does disconnect from time to time, but that could be something in our wireless router.

I went from 3 separate devices to an All In One and am pleasantly pleased with this unit. Decided to try a color laserjet as my previous printers were black and white inkjet machines. I think that the cartridge ink cartridges will yield more copies than standard inkjet cartridges.

The printer was in stock and in the budget we had available. And, had the features desired. Easy setup. Terribly small paper tray. Tray probably fine for casual home use, but really small for any office daily use. To be fair, it is really not intended to be an office class printer.

I really like all the features and speed of this printer; however the quality of the printer is the reason for the 4/5 rating. It is decent but not "great." The ink lasts quite awhile and it is definitely economical.

I love it! It does what I need to do, and when I need it done. Couldn't be more pleased with it. In the past I had many cheaper all in one units that lasted only as long as the starter cartridges. Never again, I love this unit!

the HP color laser jet pro has a front port for thumb drives. And most important to me the screen with messages is EASILY readable. It was a reasonable price with the sale discount. I am very pleased with this purchase

I purchased this printer in December, so I have only had it for 1 month. I love the 3 in 1 capabilities, co. It is easy to use, but I can't seem to figure out how to use the WI-FI. I have not experienced any problems to date.

Had the unit for over two years and all is well. It does occasionally drop WiFi connection but easy to fix with restart. Of course factory toner is WAY too expensive but great quality.

This printer works really well for its size. I use it for school and although it isn't the quickest one, it works great. I did have to call HP support for assistance to setup due to Windows 10 but they did it with no problems.

I've stopped buying inkjet printers. I do more business printing and just can't stand how ink has an expiration date or "dries" up. You don't have that issue with laser printers - over time the cost will be lower!

The quality of print is really good. The problem is, it takes over 3 minutes before it actually starts to print. I printed 20 copies of a 5.5 X 14 inch menu and it took over an hour. Then I had to turn them over to print the other side and wait another hour +. The actual printing is quick enough, but it just sits there for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes before feeding the paper. This seems to be an issue for HP laser printers. I looked through plenty of blogs discussing this problem and found no solution. HP help is no help. I boxed it up and will return it. Life is too short!

This is my first color laser printer and I am not disappointed. For the price great all around printer. Feeder tray works well. Only problem was getting the scan to network folder set up properly. Great prints though

I love this printer. It simply works. Its connectivity via Wi-Fi with all mobile devices and computers is amazing. Although its capacity for loading paper is very limited, that really did not matter. It is great for home office or for home use.

no duplex scanning, noisy printing, could be better

Great printer, first couple scans came out crooked. And scan to email is a little complicated. I don't have an smtp server. My old HP did it automatically, and I need to figure out how to get that going again.

This printer was easy setup. HP has really improved their software and driver installation compare to 4 years ago. Setup was a breeze. So far it is working great.

Great printer. Have had no issues with it so far. Finally had to replace toner and it was very easy to do. Prints fast and does duplex very well. The software could be better but this is a great device.

Only one flaw as I see it - there exists no cross reference to determine what settings to use when going to thicker paper. Ponds per sq. ft and kg. per sq meter just don't mix! Trial and error is the only way determine the proper settings!

I have used HP for many years and as always had good luck with this unit. Very easy setup and prints look great. Love it has duplex printing to help save paper. Wish I would have changed from inkjet sooner.
