Out of the box with error code 49 Service Error

This one came out of the box with error code 49 Service Error, Turn off then on. Google search of the error indicated it was not correctable at the user level. I returned it to the Best Buy store. They did not have any of this item in stock and it was the lowest level printer I was shopping for. Best Buy was very prompt on a refund.

Not best for thick paper
