I bought this one to replace my small printer however I was disappointed with the quality. The ink bleeds depending on paper used. If you use the feeder to do labels or something similar it gets jammed. It will smear if used on special paper, such as certificate paper. Should be a lot better for the price. Big disappointment.

This printer had issues from day one - streaking color pages on the right side. I tried everything - wasted ink printing test pages and cleaning and resorted to changing my document to have no color in the streaked areas. I finally contacted support to find the cartridges that came with the printer purchased in April of 2016 expired in 2015. The replacement cartridges I purchased at the same time also expired in 2015. New cartridges did not help so they talked me in to the $50 warranty and sent a NOT NEW but refurbished printer of the same model and it is very slow - streaks color in a different place and I have been trying to print addresses on 200 envelopes for over 2hours now - it will not feed properly - does not print all of them straight and says it is cooling down quite regularly. I would not recommend buying this product. I have an OKI DATA color laser at my office that has worked great for over 3 years and I will spend the extra money next time on an OKI product. I have not had time to contact support and spend 2 to 3 hours to get no resolution and another refurbished replacement with more issues.

After owning an HP Laserjet 2025DN for more than ten years, this printer was a big let down. Sometimes the printer has a mind all its own and you cannot change it. Sometimes duplexing has to be done manually for no reason at all. The single page document feed for tray 1 is a tremendous limitation.

No issues...great product. Would highly recommend!

Best printer I've bought. Ive had ink jets over the years and got tired of replacing dried up ink cartridges. Decided to go laser. Lucky me, this one just hit the market a month before I bought and BB had it one sale. This made it affordable, I even managed to purchase the 4 yr warranty...all for just over $500. I unpacked , plugged up, turned on, followed short instructions and it was up and running....thank heaven, I am not electronic savey. It does the wireless wonderfully. Also eprint. I send most of my printing from my tab and it worked great and I'm on Centurytel modem so it really deserves a 6 just having to work with their undependable internet system. I absolutely Love the photo prints. They are at least twice as good as any inkjet I've ever used. The prints will be as good as what your camera can take. I used a Samsung 12.2 Tab to take pictures at the Grand Canyon and printed some off and they were Great. Color was very authentic. Think the cam on the tab is only an 8. So the printer is most certainly doing it's job. I have worked in offices and this small unit is just as good as what those big expensive guys put out. Very happy purchaser!!! Oh, two sided print is great, scanner copies are good, just a tad darker color so need to adjust for that, fax hooked up great but haven't used yet.
