I had it for about a year. It worked great in the beginning but then it would leave red marks on my paper all of the time even after changing and cleaning out the drum. Wireless would not work at times and that was a big disappointment.

Purchased for our office. It has been good so far.

Would give it 5 stars but it keeps loosing the wifi

It is user unfriendly to download the drivers, so one can scan. Tried several times and it still does not work. Even had an IT person load the software, and still does not work. Wish I had gotten a different copier.

The printer is not user friendly....not real sturdy (even though it is the best one out there.) This printer has been really unacceptable...but it is the only one I can really deal with. If this is your best....LOL

Needs greater than one sheet capacity for paper tray one. This would be a great help in not having to change the paper size multiple times a day. I would cautiously recommend the printer to my friends.

It's what we needed for our new business. The price was good and it has all the functions we need. Only downside is it is horrible to set up!

Very difficult to get a sustained connection with wifi for wireless printing...constantly interrupted printing. As far as mobile device printing, it would print one page then stop requiring to power off then power up to print again. Not at all what was advertised except print quality is very good.

I need to be able to use as a network and a wireless printer. When the network cable is plugged in you can not access the printer wirelessly.

I'm still having a hard time trying to figure out how to set up the wireless option to the machines. Other than that, great machine!

I bought this printer because I needed a laser printer and I like HP products. When I can get it to print or scan it works great, the key word is when. Documents will sit in the job log for hours as the screen says "Printing document", and I am talking about a b&w, text only document, nothing fancy. I would take it back if I could. Now I have a $400 paper weight that might print/scan, if it wants too.

On the reviews including Consumer Reports I found this to be a great printer and HP is usually known for setting high standards for their Wi-Fi connection. The instructions were convoluted and I even paid Geek Squad to remotely try to get my Wi-Fi connected to this printer $40 later could not establish and maintain a connection. I hope others have better luck with this printer I returned and picked up a different one

I can't seem to scan properly. It get disconnected from the network. Might return this printer for others.

Poor Picture quality on glossy paper. Ink too expensive. Best for a company vs. individual homeowner.
