Will not stay connected to wi-fi. Always having to reset and find a connection before using again.

Great All-In-One with Color printing only downfall is the small paper storage capacity.

Stopped working after three weeks, took it back to the store for a refund.

I did research and found that this was easy to install and setup wirelessly and prints wonderful. So much better then the inkjet that I replaced it and got a wonderful price. There were great reviews that this was a great printer and it stands up to its name. You didn't even have to connect a wire to get the connection for the wireless. The wireless was very easy to setup.

It was a good printer till the infamous "FW Corrupt" message, I googled all over the internet and could not fix this issue. This printer is very prone to this issue so save yourself the headaches and skip onto another printer.

Needed a printer stat. Grabbed this one out of frustration. The tray adjusts from letter to legal which is great. But it holds maybe an eighth of a ream. Wholly unsatisfactory for my purposes. Returning to exchange for an hp8740

I called for help, but on the phone for 6 hours, still not wireless. Can someone help? I will be near this printer again on May 21st.

This was supposed to be the printer that lasted and saved me money on ink; however, what I have is a printer that does not update with the computer and then stops working and a company that will do nothing to solve their issue! Not to mention that the ink does not last as long as it states because it is constantly cleaning itself which wastes ink. Don't waste your money!!!

Could not get printer to work with 5GHz wireless. Had to return this worthless printer. Nothing in advertising nor in manual indicated this deficiency. Finally had to learn about it from Tech folks at Best Buy.

Unable to scan to EMail. HP still unable to send a Scan to a two tier EMail address.

Envelope tray is hard to reinsert into the prnter. Also hard to print envelopes.

We could not get windows 10 to allow the printer to work. ...even after 3 plus hr with hp and professional IT assistance, it would not work

The network kept fading in and out, until I found out from HP tech support that the printer has to be within 10 feet of the router, or they can't guarantee it'll work. Don't purchase this. Or if you do, plan to return it and get a decent printer

I had a little trouble setting it up in a wireless setting. Now with less than 20 pages printed mostly just using black and not color, I'm getting a number of red dots on printed sheets that are just suppose to be black only.

I was looking for a multifunction printer to replace an older inkjet printer. The LaserJet Pro MFP 277dw seemed to be the perfect fit for me. It is relatively compact and fits nicely into the limited space in my home office. Setup was straight forward with no issues getting it connected to my small home network. Print quality appears good ( I never print photos) and is much quicker than the old inkjet printer that it replaces. Duplex printing was a must and works well. I will be putting the scanner and auto document feeder to work in the near future converting a large stack of paper records to digital files, so far no issues. No problems printing from my iPhone. It is a bit noisier than I anticipated, thus the 4 stars.

Love the printer except now I have a line going through everything I print! So I have to bring it to Geek Squad and see if they can get rid of it or get it replaced by Best Buy!

Great print quality, very fast, great scanner function. Very easy to use. I never could get the fax to work with Century Link DSL. Buy the toner now because when you run out in the middle of the night on a big project you will not be able to find a place to buy more toner (except Office Max or BestBuy).
