Easy set up - wireless works good , would definitely recommend

This printer has really impressed from the moment I opened the box. Set up was easy; no issues with utilizing the printer from any wireless device I have connected to the network. Even my children have figured out how to print their homework or photos without any problems.

I am very happy with my HP Printer All in One. I am not happy at all with the fact I paid $ 49.99 for what I was led to believe was coverage for the Geek Squad, when in fact all it was is an extended warranty. I am not happy that I paid this much money for this equipment then still had to pay another $ 39.99 to have someone install this on my computer over the phone. I spent 3 hours back and forth trying to find someone with Best Buy that could help me, as the Geek Squad told me after being on the phone with them for over 30 minutes the first time, that I did not have coverage, and I could barely understand him. The follow up from Best Buy and customer service really disappointed me. The product is fine, it may just be where I chose to purchase this time.

I bought this printer as a backup when I saw it on sale. I have been using the same printer on my home network for the past couple years. It works very well with all devices, even iPads and iPhones as an air printer. Very versatile MFP. Haven't even begun to utilize all of the capabilities it has to offer.

High quality color printing, great price point .!!!

I've had this printer for a couple months now. I'm very pleased with the speed of printing, especially after not using it for a couple days. The printer does go into a quazy-sleep mode, but when you print it will wake up and start printing right away. The colors on photos are dark and I don't know how to fix that yet, which is why only 4 stars. Normal printing isn't effected.

I love the printer. This is my first laser printer and I am hooked. It prints fast and has excellent color. I don't have to worry about running out of ink so fast. I run a business and use this to print menus, signs and I do photography on the side, so it is perfect for printing glossy pictures too!

I did not need a new machine. However, I wanted to replace my perfectly good inkjet with a machine that was not always needing ink! This machine is faster, the ink does not run AND the best thing is that it prints automatically on two sides. I love it!!!

This printer has everything I need, with the exception of borderless printing, which was incorrectly stated on the website. Nevertheless, it works great and was easy to set up.

I had an HP laser printer for 15+ years and I used it a lot. It did not break down, but it was starting to jam the paper. So, I had to get another HP. And it had to be laser. So, this product is a color laser with scanner, copier, what I needed. I just got it for Christmas so I haven't used it much during the holidays. Reasonably priced. I already scanned some documents and it works great. I had trouble setting up the scanner but it might have been me. Going from a 15 yr old printer, things have changed a bit. Setting up the wireless option was easy. I will tackle the fax option next. I bought it so I could print postcards instead of using a print shop, so we will see how that works. Have not printed a postcard yet. But regular color prints look great. Black/white prints look great also.

First of all, this is a color laser printer, not a photo printer. For everything day today, it is fast, easy to set up, excellent quality and user-friendly. If you plan on using this for photography, you are better suited with a printer that is inkjet. I have experimented with many different paper types and can get decent quality, but still not photo quality. Anything that is Jeff or as an image, like making cards, it works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for everything except for photography. I'm keeping my old inkjet printer just for photography at times, but it is easier to just send them online or take them to a convenience store to print.

This is a great laser printer. It was super easy to set up. The wireless is a must. I can print from my cell or tablet. The quality is much better than inkjet and so much faster.

The printer I have been wanting for a long time. I'm able to print now double sided without manually flipping the paper around. Also, I can do copy, fax & scan now. I, also, can send documents to my printer thru HP eprint anywhere I am. I can print photos directly from a USB device. I love my new printer.
