Nothing But Problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We can't get the printer to connect wirelessly continuously. When it will print wirelessly, we still have to turn the printer off and then turn it back on before it prints. Making a print request will not wake it up from stand by. Also, unless I am printing the most basic of documents it just sits there and thinks about printing. I waited over 30 minutes for it to print a simple document of words and it still never printed after the printer spooled. It is quite frustrating after spending the amount we did on this product.

Printer NEVER prints
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure if it's a problem with my particular printer or this model, but it NEVER prints wirelessly unless I reboot it before each print job. I've updated the driver from HP.com and reinstalled multiple times on both Mac and Windows laptops...but no luck. Don't waste your time or money on this printer.

Works good for about a year then...

Can't do anything about it...spent hours trying all sorts of suggestins but now it is just a paper weight....so this printer is $299 for about 12-14 months worth of use. Good luck.
