I LOVE my HP laser printer, scanner, and fax machine. It's easy to use, is reliable, makes great copies. Very happy with my purchase.

I have deployed a few of these printers at work, and everyone gave pretty good reviews/I rarely had to do repairs on them, so I purchased one for myself. It has everything I need (and a little more) - color/b&w printing, can make copies, and scan documents! I use it to print every day things, as well as pages to make cards with. It handles lighter cardstock with no issues. Cartridges last quite a while too, so this is definitely a bargain over getting an inkjet that can dry out and clog.

Have used it only a little. Some difficulty setting it up, and, while all HP persons were pleasant, they were of little help. Did manage it on my own but it took a little while. Enjoy its capabilities and ultimate ease of use. Like the 2-sided feature and the quality of print.

I’ve had this printer and used it frequently for two years now. The cartridges that come with it initially hold quite a bit of ink in them. I didn’t have to get refills for a long time. Every once in a while my phone is unable to find it but restarting the printer fixes that right away. Also, it seems to jump to life randomly in the middle of the night. It doesn’t print anything, just makes some noises as if it’s going to and then goes back to sleep. It’s not that big of a deal, just wish I could have it do that during the day rather than late at night. Other than that, print quality is great and it’s really fast as well. Highly recommend!

Works great so far, but I haven’t done any very big print jobs yet. Much better than the inkjet we upgraded from and easier to use

This is by far the best all in one i have had so far, I love the fact that its wireless capabilities are best. i can print from literally everywhere. Overall very good quality for the printing and space saver. I thought it was going to be much larger. Very happy

I recently purchased the hp laser inkjet color all-in-one printer to take the place of my ten year old hp printer. The hp printers are reliable, excellent machines in every way: printing, copying, scanning and faxing. The new printer was set up by Qeek Squad Total Tech coverage. I highly recommend purchasing a Total Tech package. My next purchase will be that of a much-needed 32 inch television screen for my bedroom. Overall, the television screens and printers, along with installation, is great! By the way, I purchased my pc (Dell) and software from Best Buy! Five stars!

Its Hp so you know rhe quality youre getting. Easy to set up, easy to print from phone. Cant get any better.

I switched to a laser printer due to issues with water-based ink. I am very pleased with this printer. Was told this type of printer was more suitable for small business as oppose to personal use but not true. I appreciate that the printing quality does not get worse if you happen to print less. I had quality issues with water-based ink when I go a couple months without printing, which forces you to replace the cartridge sooner than expected. With powdered ink, you do not worry about that issue, which has not been the issue with me so far. Happy that I made the transition to a laser printer. Love this printer! Recommend if you want to get away from water-based ink and if paying a higher price for a printer isn't an issue.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Easy to install, easy to print from iPad, phone, laptop and desktop computers from anywhere in the house. The print quality is excellent as is the quality of scanned pictures and documents. Very quiet printer.

Not a bad printer over all. Toner is a little expensive considering printer usage. Good printer for small back office not requiring too much of a workload. Dislike the Web App needed to use all functions of printer.

Thus far, I really like this printer. It is simple to set up. It works very well. It gets a lot of sheets per toner cartridge. I do not like having to use the App HPSmart to use it but that is my only real reservation.

The printer was very quick to install and connects easily to my phone or computer. I am able to scan documents and have them go to my One Drive to access on my phone or computer! And the printing quality is excellent!!
