My Printer HP Good
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have this of my home WiFi and it's absolutely rock solid. I read reviews that people had a hard time printing and had to reboot windows to get the print spooler to work. But not encountered the problem. Simple WiFi connect and configure it to use static address for the printer. An easy way to figure out which IP you need to do that for is to go to the printer, click on the network configuration menu and take note of the IP address. Go to your router and configure the router to always assign that IP address to the printer. If needed clean out any pending print jobs, reboot and you're done.

A good purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very glad I purchased this printer. It was easy to set up. I am able to print from my iPhone, iPad, and laptop. I spent a little more than planned but so far it has been worth it. I have also used the copy and scan options.

Nice Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our home office and family printer. We love the quality of the printing. I do recommend getting the service plan via Geek Squad. Ours died after 10 months, but was replaced without additional cost. We are hoping for better luck with the next one. It is expensive and the ink is expensive. We originally bought it, because during the pandemic it was the only printer we could get in a day at the store. Previous to this we had an Epson Workforce, which was very reliable. But times change, ink prices rise and anything with so many moving parts and electronics is a crap shoot. For now, we are enjoying using this printer a lot and hope it lasts longer than the last one. BTW we did have an opportunity for a refund to use on any other printer at Best Buy, but still chose this.

Reliable, Fast, and Perfect for Home or Office!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw is one of the best printers I’ve owned! Setup was quick, and connecting it over Wi-Fi took just a few minutes. Prints come out crisp and vibrant, and the speed is impressive for both color and black-and-white jobs. The touchscreen is easy to use, and scanning straight to email or cloud storage works flawlessly. It’s compact, quiet, and super reliable perfect for both work and home use. Definitely a great all-in-one that delivers on quality and convenience!

High Quality Prints...And Fast, Too!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent quality prints. Easy set-up...however during the first couple of days I had trouble keeping it connected to my wifi network. After a little tinkering, it has been connected for weeks without interruption.

HP LaserJet Pro M283FDW
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had an HP inkjet printer and a monochrome laser printer. I wanted to free up some desk space in my home office and decided to consolidate. I purchased the HP Color LaserJet Pro M283fdw. I've been using it for a couple week and it's one of the best, lower priced color laser printers on the market. The print quality is good, especially for every day printing. The toner cartridges appear to not be over priced. I hope to have this one for a while. One of the things HP does best is printing.

Best Printer I've Owned
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, this printer has proven itself amazing. Honestly, I don't know why I waited so long to purchase a color laser AIO printer. For years, I've owned/used two separate printers. I had a standard black-toner laser printer, and right next to it, a color inkjet AIO. Possible is (or, should I say, was) that I only used the color printer occasionally...I printed an much as possible as B&W, or grayscale, from the laser printer. I still have the 'old' laser printer (only because I haven't sold it to yet)...but, in the time I was using that laser, I went through three color inkjet printers (the last two being A iOS). Why? Because I used them so infrequently that the ink would dry, clogging the print head. With the first two, running the "maintenance" prices would fix it...but, with the most recent, an ink tank printer, the print head couldn't be "brought back to life". That's when I decided it was finally time to stop using two printers, and get a color laser printer...and, I couldn't be happier. As a last uses toner, instead of ink, I know I'll never have to worry about another clogged print head. Additionally, in operating cost is less than an inkjet. As for what makes this particular color laser AIO better than others, it's as simple as it being the "best bang for the buck". There are color laser AIOs costing less, but they also have less features. There are those having more features, but they cost considerably more. This is the 'baby bear' of color laser AIO printers. Research "best color laser AIO printer, and you quickly discover this this is one of the few appearing on almost every list...and, of the printers appearing on almost every list, this is the most affordable among them...while simultaneously being one of the highest-rated. Need I say more?

HP color printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great home office printer for light duty printing. Easy to set up, easy to use and quality is great. The price of printer cartridges are quite expensive, so making color copies is expensive. Overall a nice printer.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer has every feature I could want plus simplicity in use. HP - LaserJet Pro M283fdw Wireless Color All-In-On
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had an inkjet printer in years past.... A new world of crisp bold printing has awaken. I know that the toner cartridges are a bit more expensive (the reason I have put this purchase on hold before) but the output really does make up the difference. Red looks red instead of bright orange, and blacks are more black than ever. If you can afford to upgrade I strongly suggest this printer.

Great printer.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer works great! It is fast and colors look good. Colors are not always as accurate as a ink jet printer though. I like the duplex printing and haven't had any issues with jams.

HP is still the best
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only gave this 4 stars, because HP (somewhat more than others) really push their updates, which lock the printer to their cartridges. Other than that, LaserJet is still the easiest, fastest, and best quality printer, in my humble opinion, and I've only been doing IT for 40 years. I especially like the 283 for the duplex scan and print, and the cost for the printer and replacement cartridges and still lower than most.
