I like the printer and it prints well, but I am unable to get it hooked up to my WiFi. It isn't recognized. I have tried to chat, called Geek squad and Best Buy. No good results. Only works plugged in with the USB plug.

we still need to print so we install these printers on our workstations they do their job well.

HP has been innovating in their printers design and technologies, as a final result so far I love this printer.

My staff seems happy with the purchase, with no complaints. easy set up out of the box.

The wireless set up is not easy. It took a long time to setup and HP customer support was not helpful. Would not recommend this product.

Problems with wireless printing from phone or tablets at times, but otherwise a very good printer.

I bought this product in November of 2017 for a secondary small office printer. It is March 2019 and it won’t print, won’t connect to the two computers, and at this moment I fee like it’s a waste of money. There was no reason for it to just randomly be unavailable.. So now, I’m considering a bigger commercial printer that we don’t really need from a capacity stand point or the expense.

The set up was very easy. I downloaded the drivers and software from www.hp.com/support/ljM403 for fast setup and wireless Apple printing for my Mac and iPhone.
