    My complaint is the plastic tray is flimsy plastic hope it holds out. Connection from my smartphone is buttery smooth though.

    Out of the box I had a heck of a time getting this connected through WiFi. Through the USB cable worked fine

    Very loud. So far works well prints quickly but I had the 401 before this one it was quiet this new one is not

    I do not print photos only documents. As most printers it eats ink which ends up costing more than the printer rather quickly. It was 'my bad' that I didn't make sure it would duplex ... so have to do that manually which is a pain. It is fairly slow too. I have a Lexmark that I gave my mom after getting a new one thinking this HP would be better. Wish I had my old Lexmark back.
