I gave the printer 3 stars because the HP representative there told me this printer was wifi capable. IT IS NOT. I had to get the printer home and google the model # to figure that out. All the guy standing around in the store has to do is to know a small list of model #s. Fail. That said the printer itself may be fine. Don't know had to return.

Researched this item online and found the best deal at Best Buy!

Now that is printer will work with windows 10 it is the best buy on the market.

not paying attention to the description can get you something you dont really want. i did not pay attention to the model as i was looking for a machine that duplexed which this one does not, you have to manually double side your print job if you want double sided print.

It's a normal laser printer. Don't work on transparent paper

There is nothing special about this printer. We have some issues with network connectivity on this printer and it does not hold much paper. Other than that it works ok.

Returned the printer. Power button blinked at times and was very distracting when intent on work. Info screen was bright and hurt eyes.

This printer is awful. It does not print envelopes at all. It's sensory system to pick up on the fact that an envelope is inside is defective. I returned the produce them repurchased the same thinking it was a defective printer... nope... same issue. HP has horrible customer service. I called and after being on hold for a long time they said "return it." So, i purchased a Canon 214d and I'm glad the HP gave me a hard time because the Canon blows the HP out of the water. It's amazing.. intuitive, fast, sleek. It's clear Canon spent time on R&D while HP did not. See ya, HP.

This printer uses a lot of ink. Must buy ink every other month. Too expensive.

After a week we got them working, 30 days later pc can not find. And HP has no drivers for them. Print preview is blank now. unknown problem, so now their junk. Going to have to go back to cannon printers.
