Great printer for home or small buisness use.

The newer (and less expensive model) has an open-front with the paper hanging out. I didn't want that! Paid a few dollars more for this feature, but it's well worth it.

Great HP product

I had an issue with users'. It displayed a message that it was "offline" and wouldn't come back online. The root cause was on our server. You have to uncheck "SNMP" and that solved our issues.

Great Laser Printer

This black and white was the best I did not need to deal with color etc. Hopefully this one will give me another long service life

This is a really great printer for the money and it gets a lot of use in my office. Best pricing and informative sales staff really helped make the decision.

Great upgrade to an older go to model

I will say that this printer was a great replacement for an "old reliable" model.
