    The 1st one I ordered & picked up @ the store, the on-off button was broken. The 2nd one was brought to my home by a Geek Squad person. He set it up work & the printer would not print. I waited for a different person & he set it up correctly. After 3 months, I now have a printer that works.

    Got this as a replacement for an HP2300. Functionally it seems to do all that one did. A lot lighter. in weight. Seems to have the typical HP quality.

    I really needed a 2 drawer printer. Unfortunately had a tough time determining if it met that requirement. And you know thatbit didn't. Other than that everything else was good.
