Pretty good. I would do 4.5 stars because the feeder doesn't feed the paper as straight as I would want. But everything else is fine; changing print cartridges is a breeze.

Works well. Makes fast double sided prints and copies. Scans look great. Very reliable. No connection issues. Set up a bit cumbersome but worth the use of the printer.

Great Printer. Is pretty hefty, but managed to fit it on a small printer cart in our home office. Overall super happy with this purchase. Bought it because our old ink jet printer was slow to print pages and often jammed. This printer has produced extremely sharp color and black and white pages at a speed that has been excellent for our purposes - primarily my working from home and kids school projects. Wifi set up was supper easy. Dual sided copying is also great. Only knock I could give it is that picture printing is not that sharp - but obviously not the intent of this printer. Feel pretty confident I've never been this happy with a printer in terms of all the aspects working right out of the box. Highly recommend

It’s Complicated the settings are like outdated is like your going back in time with a printer. It prints well I had it fit 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks and still haven’t been able to figure it out completely and set it up completely

When my HP Office Jet Pro 8500A started flaking out again (print head failing, brand new ink cartridge giving empty error) I finally took the plunge to upgrade to a LasetJet and so glad I did! From the moment I submit a print job it takes maybe 5-6 seconds for the first pages to come out! Auto-duplex printing is fantastic. No more waiting for ink jet to align, then clean itself after a few pages, etc. First downside is the scanner bed. If you want to copy/scan from magazines or booklets, etc. the location of the control panel is in the way and makes this a bit harder than some others. Second downside is the colors are not as vibrant as with an InkJet but that comes with the territory and I knew this going in. Overall quite pleased with the ease of setup, use, speed, and quality.

This is a great all purpose printer that prints, scans, and copies. The documents are clear, and the printer operates quietly. It also work well with our network. The downfall is the cost of toner cartridges.

Worth the investment! Got the toner that prints up to 7k pages and it's perfect for my schooling, work, and small business. Quality ink is amazing!

Worked well initially. Toner cost is exorbitant. You'll spend as much on toner in 6 months as you did on the printer itself - it goes through toner quickly. The other problem was that when changing black toner, the print quality is very light - that was using the HP proprietary toner. Tried using a different toner and it worked ok. Then tried HP again and it's back to being very light printing. I would definitely not buy this product again. Not no how, not no way. Buyer beware - if you try using non HP toner, these money grubbers will just void the warrantee.

This thing is well built. The scanner flap is much sturdier than other models. Prints beautifully and is easy to use. Perfect for my small business. Full sized toners included. I would recommend.

Great printer, high quality printing as it mentions in its specifications. Easy to set up at home and easy use too. I had bought outer printers in the past but this is the one that I am really happy about.

Easy to set up and use this multi-function printer / scanner. Runs seamlessly using WiFi. Great speed and resolution. Already own one of these; needed another one for a 2nd location, didn't hesitate to purchase again.

I bought two printer for office. They are the best printer works from any device like any. Price is bit steep for the cartridges but it definitely worth buying if you’re gonna use it a lot

Works like it's supposed to. Easy to setup. Doesn't disconnect from the network like my old printer, requiring me to go wake it up every time I want to print. Good quality printing and easy to use.

The printer makes an awesome print! Colors are crisp, Prints and scans are fast. It's a bit bulky, so you'll have to make room for it, but well worth the little bit of extra foodprint for the speed and quietness.

I purchased this printer to replace an older laser printer. We do a lot of printing for school, work and personal business. It connects quickly and easily wirelessly. It is quiet and turns out high quality pages.

I love this printer. It was really easy to set up and it prints beautifully. I am having to work at home and I print a lot of reports and it has worked perfectly with no problems. I would definitely recommend it

We decided that for home use, we were tired of using inkjet printers. We use our printer far less than we used to, but still need it for printing out school assignments. The inkjet nozzles would get clogged way too often because of this infrequent use and we would go through ink so quickly because of always having to clean the heads. Not so with this Laser Jet printer. It is ready for either huge jobs and printing all the time, or infrequent use. What has surprised us the most is the speed. When you are used to an inkjet, you just don’t know how much time you are wasting. Big pluses include being able to mail jobs to the printer and printing straight from a usb storage device. Print quality is great as well!

Easy to set up and use. Wireless and HP smart printing worked well, without hassle. Copying is straightforward too, has an easy to read screen.

Easy set up. Great color. Easy scanning. Big screen and in color. I know cartridges will be expensive but quality usually is. I can know work at home and print like I am at the office. Highly recommend.

After buying this printer brand new I still cannot get it to print. I have always trusted HP. So I bought a second one and the second one works fine.
