Impressed! Does everything perfectly for my needs. Quality is excellent. Ease of set up left me speechless! Can't say enough good stuff about this printer!

This printer functions very well and the print quality is excellent. I am concerned that the software is not the easiest to follow when it comes to scanning to email. I have had to call for support and the problem was not fixed directly. This means that I need to place the document on the printer glass and then return back to the computer to use the software to scan it or I have to put a jump drive in the printer to scan it. I would prefer to have a one-stop. Go to the printer, press the scan button and it goes directly to the email source.

Printer was easy to set up and has been working effectively. The toner that came with the printer didn't last long and the new toner was pricey but the printer itself is doing well. The printer has a lot of good features.

Seems to be a bit quicker than my older LaserJet, however, setup wasn't simply a plug and play type of deal. The setup didnt recognize the printer so I had to manually install the driver and remove the driver for the other printer I had. I have yet to set up a network folder or scan to desktop/email capabilities but hopefully this is more straightforward. Also, it would be great if BestBuy sold the high capacity black toner for this printer... Had to purchase one from a different store. Print quality is good and seemingly quicker than my older model M476 when connected to wifi. Would recommend if this is within your budget.

I've had the printer now for about 4 weeks. Once it's set up wirelessly, it's working great. Prints and scans and does what it's supposed to. For the product itself, they should have better instructions for the set-up in working wirelessly - they have one generic set-up that's been outdated and you're always missing a step no matter how much your read the instructions. I do recommend this printer; but again, be very diligent and read, read instructions and don't get frustrated when it doesn't come out the first time.

The print quality is Great! Its fast and quiet. Replaced an Epson inkjet and am VERY happy! Windows makes everything difficult to set up - too many passwords

I had no problems setting up this printer with my Macbook Pro. I haven't used it much but copying, scanning, and printing are all working without a hitch.

I have always had good experiences with HP. Thetrend continues with this printer. Easy and fast set up. Easy updates. Easy to network. It prints fast and flawless.

The printer was easy to set up and is faster printing. I also purchased another paper tray from HP so I am able to print 800 pages, so no frequent paper changes.

This printer replaced a 12 year old HP Color Laser Jet. I use this in a home business environment to print 1000 to 1200 sheets a month. It quiet, easy to use, faster printing then other brands, and will do a better job on color pictures then I expected. It has a good footprint by not taking up too much room. Previously, I had a seperate scanner, but I was impressed at how well the ADF and scanning worked. Expensive, but worth it. Best Buy delivered it in 2 days.

This printer freezes alot, has a long delay to print. If you need it for business use it is not recommended.

We bought this because we were tired of ink drying out from inkjet printers. Several months in and no issues yet! We love it.
