Best printer I’ve ever owned. Fast quiet reliable. Easy to set up. I really appreciate being able to print from my phone to it.

Prints clearly. Easy to set up. However the only con- feeder does not hold as much paper for scanning papers as noted in the Description.

Did everything we asked with a minimum of hookup problems. Works like a charm. The initial cartridges don't last very long.

Unit is nice an compact for a high-end unit. Quality built. So far, I haven't found anything that could be improved. The paper tray is a little bit flimsy but as long as you don't throw it around, it should last a long time! I got tired of clogging heads on my ink jet printers that I didn't use a lot. I decided to buy this unit. It happened to be on sale when I was looking, so that made it even more attractive! Duplex scanning and printing as well as the wireless communication are wonderful! Love it and would recommend it to everyone.

This printer seems to be able to complete any task it's requested to perform. Printing is quick and very sharp. I have not had an opportunity to utilize the FAX function, however diagnostic test depicted is was good. The only problem is the HP software installation setup. Bottom line is, it's completely worthless and doesn't work. I had to go to the HP support site and download each driver and install them manually. The scan will only work from the printer screen function to the computer (computer cannot control the scan operation), however I haven't had time to work on this issue yet. To sum it up, very good laser printer, poor software package.

Easy setup, works great. Connected to my computer right away. Great print quality.

My wife and I have used this printer in two countries Germany and the US. And its has always made us happy with the results.

This is my third purchase of the HP - LaserJet Pro M479fdw. Use this printer for only color copies and have a second black and white laser for black ink only. If you only use this printer for black and white, you will notice you will have to replace the color cartridges' even though you may have not have used any color ink. But, if you plan to print everything in color, this is a great printer. The ink is expensive but you always get what you pay for. Don't think twice on this guy. Pull the trigger.

U purchased this computer for a home office. The price is very good. I prints out quality images and the ink is kind of long lasting.

We bought this all in one Color laser jet printer to replace a monochrome all in one for our work from home office. The initial setup was easy and took about 20 minutes to get online and complete the fax setup. It took longer to load and configure the software on my HP computer. I like the fax options, it allows me to scan and email or save as a file, this makes sending documents simple. Double sided printing and copying are handy and reduce paper usage. So far this printer has worked out well and I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great printer, super easy setup, love the direct printing that’s enabled for windows 10. And best of all it’s really fast. Definitely recommend

This printer was a bit more expensive than I was looking for but it was one of the only two left in stock. With everyone working from home because of COVID every printer Best Buy sells was out of stock. It figures the only two they had left were some of the most expensive printers. That said it’s a fantastic printer. It’s as fast as any commercial printer in my office and it’s full color and used toner cartridges instead of the tiny ink cartridges. Bluetooth feature is very handy for whatever I want to print.

I have had trouble finding printers whose printed colors match the screen colors in my designs. I am happy to say that this printer is remarkably close in color registration and is relatively affordable. Beyond that, the speed of two-sided printing exceeds every other printer I have owned. I currently also have an Epson ET7300. I use it for my drafts to reduce laser ink usage on the HP. But, it doesn't come close to the HP for either color or speed. After looking at many, many printers, I believe the HP LaserJet Pro M479 fdw ends my search.

This printer is fast. Easy to set up. Larger than your average printer but its not an average printer.

Quality prints and scans. This printer is exactly what I was hoping for. The 'Install Wizard' (not the real name) did not work. I had to go to hp.com and download the Driver/Software Install package. The download worked as intended and set up was easy with the download. All functions worked as I needed them to. Laser print cartridges are a little pricey, but there is a trade off for quality.

This is our second purchase of this printer. Been using the first one at our home for about 2 years without ink replacements. We liked it so much we bought a second one for our business office. Print is very defined with no blurring or smudges. Picture perfect scanning and will copy AND print double sided papers. Will never go back to an inkjet printer.
