Replaced my older HP printer with this model and it is a fabulous upgrade. Much faster to print the first page, excellent color and even functions as a fax machine on those rare occasions when you need a fax, like dealing with your medical insurance issues. it is expensive but definitely worth the extra investment even if you are not printing hundreds of pages a day or week.

Works ok but feeder jams when scanning. Tried different paper, no change. Can't scan or copy more than about 6 sheets at s time. I expected a bit better for the money. Still using it though.

Quality and speed is good as a printer. As an all in one, with MacOS Catalina, the HP LaserJet Pro M479 will not scan (after HP and Apple Tech assistance, the scanner could not be made to operate). Hence, scans must be made independently of the IMac computer and saved on a flash drive, then inserted into a USB port of the iMac, to be read as a pdf file. Of course this is more time consuming, and it is hoped that compatibility will be gained after HP and Mac upgrade software.

This printer has made my work from home experience better . Print quality is great and it is so easy to use!

I read review for weeks, and window shopped online and ultimately ended up really wanting this model. I was shocked to find that Best Buy had one and I snatched it up!! I've got a 7 person team and use this in my small office. Honestly, I'm so bad with computers and printers and this printer was like idiot proof to set up. I'm a huge fan, and I'm very picky and have high expectations.

Very happy with my purchase. IT was very easy to set up and was able to print or scan from iPhone.

Love this reliable printer. It has worked well for a year now. Wireless printing is the best. I use this as an alternative to a thermal printer because of the cost and ease of connecting to my network. I can still purchase labels to print on using a larger printer. I’m still having trouble connecting and using some features of the printer but haven’t spent enough time figuring it out.

Overall, it's a great printer. It serves the purpose for home office and small business use. Easy to set up ( although instructions are sparse). Yes, the toner replacement is proprietary only ( ie, expensive), but....you get what you pay for. I've had HP Laserjet printers for over 10 years and I stand by my choice.

I was replacing my long reliable HP Color LaserJet (which was still functioning fine). I needed duplexing, wifi printing and a manual feed tray due to changes in my printing requirements. This new printer fits the bill perfectly. I was pleased with the speed of printing and the quiet operation. It has all the bells and whistles I needed, and some I didn't...all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this product.
