We bought this for our business and it works very well.

Purchased this all in one printer at the beginning of this year, 2023, and within two months, it no longer functioned because of a plastic sheet inside the printer that began wearing down. Had to return it and get a new one, and the same thing happened to the second one six months later. Got an Epson Printer instead, for $350 less, which works flawlessly. I never write reviews about a product, but this one was deserving of informing the public know what a poor product this is. Factory defect, poor engineering, etc. I don’t know, and having it fail once, I can understand, but having the same problem twice, there’s an obvious issue. Good luck if you buy it. For over $800, I would expect this device to work flawlessly for years. Consumer beware. 

We do not have an office/small business in our home but if you did this printer would do the job. It prints quickly, both sides as well. The black & white & color prints are excellent. I have printed colorful photo's & coupon large prints. My letters and documents sent to professionals came out excellent. Also sent a few letters. The printer when starts up & in use is not as quiet but that does not bother us.

Great printer. Prints really fast. Haven't had to refill the ink, so don't know how easy or hard that is. It's able to sense the width of the paper. I've put label paper in there without setting anything and it worked fine. Setup is a bit of a hassle, but not too difficult or very long to do. The copier works good and nothing is very complicated with it. I like how big the touchscreen is on it. Works very well. Would recommend.

Print quality is excellent. Printer software easy to install and use.

This printer replaces an old B&W laser hp printer. My old one stopped connecting through an apple airport express and since I have switch back to windows it was time for an update. The important thing to me is it has connected to every device in the house flawlessly. Surface pros. i phones, an old i pad and a couple of older laptops. I really like having the 2 side print option it saves me a lot of paper.

So far, this has been a great all-in-one machine. The higher price had scared me away in the past. But now, having used it and seen the results, I'm kicking myself for not doing this years ago. Also on top of the great quality, I don't have to worry about ink cartridges drying out before I even got half there use out of them. What a waste! If you've ever considered a laser printer, take the plunge. You won't regret it.

So far this color and black and white printer is tops! Many have said printed pictures do not look good. We have had no issues here. Everything printed has looked quite good. We bought this for homeschooling and printing various items. We especially love being able to print from our cell phones.

The printer performs well in all functions. The problem is HP pushed out a firmware update which essentially disables the printer if you use non-HP toner cartridges. They also removed access to any firmware to downgrade it. If for some reason you buy this, immediately turn off the automatic firmware update feature. There is aftermarket toner that says it will work, but have NOT found any that actually do. HP lost a class action suit for doing this exact thing, guess their beancounters decided it's profitable enough to do it again anyway. Bought a Brother 8900 series to replace this unit. All the same functions, much cheaper toner. Long time HP customer, now a former customer.

great machine! we have had many HP multifunction printers and they keep getting better. It prints, scans and copies very crisply and quickly. We only Fax once in a blue moon but its nice to have the feature. My only wish is that the toner cartridges were cheaper and that we could refill them vs recycling at place of purchase

I "upgraded" to this model from another HP AIO. It's barely useful in our small office. The menus are not user-friendly and the processing is very slow. The menus are cumbersome to use, and the features are not consistent from menu to menu. I'm tempted to return it, but don't want the hassle. I wouldn't buy it again.
